A newly declassified CIA assessment disproves the Flynn network’s Venezuelan backdoor into Dominion theory, raises serious questions about what former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard knew when she claimed foreign hacking, vindicates Bigger Truth’s reporting and claims from Michigan attorney Matt DePerno, and further suggests that Kurt Olsen has been running sham investigations and lawsuits all along.

In April 2025, Tulsi Gabbard lied to President Trump in a public Cabinet meeting: “We have evidence of how these these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time—and vulnerable to manipulation to manipulate the results being cast.” The Flynn-linked election fraud disinformation networks have used this clip ever since to support their claims that elections are decided by hackers flipping votes.

In May 2025, with the help of recently resigned U.S. Attorney of Puerto Rico Stephen Muldrow, Gabbard seized the Dominion election equipment in Puerto Rico and hired a contractor to investigate for any indication of vote flipping or foreign hacking.

After a months-long investigation, the contractor found no evidence of vote flipping or foreign hacking. Specifically, they found no evidence at all to support the theory pushed ad nauseum by the Flynn network and their “Venezuelan whistleblowers” that Venezuela maintains a backdoor into Dominion software established by Smartmatic in the early 2000s.

The theory was already technically debunked by the simple facts that the old Smartmatic software and Dominion software are written in different programming languages and Dominion did not actually purchase Smartmatic like the Flynn network claims. Some unrelated assets were acquired by Dominion, but nothing related to software for tabulators or election management systems.

I reported exclusively in February a story that I was shocked no other outlet expressed any interest in: DePerno explicitly warned Muldrow in writing and on the phone that Byrne’s “Venezuelan whistleblower” Martin Rodil was a fraud in January 2025 — months before Gabbard and Muldrow seized Puerto Rico’s election equipment. DePerno provided Muldrow with details showing how Rodil accepted a significant cash payment from DePerno’s Antrim client to provide evidence that Rodil failed to produce.

Muldrow was warned that it was false, there was no rational or evidentiary case to provide probable cause, but he went forward with it anyway.

Now the CIA’s June 29, 2026 assessment on Venezuela’s electronic voting manipulation capabilities has been declassified and we know something worse than “they found nothing.”

The U.S. government concluded Byrne’s theory was impossible in 2006. And the ODNI undoubtedly was aware of this before she lied to the world and President Trump.

What the CIA Assessment Actually Says

Read the assessment yourself. Pay particular attention to the final page.

The Agency writes:

“First, the 2006 Intelligence Community assessment concluded that neither Smartmatic nor the Venezuelan Government had the capability—that is, the level of control or access required—to manipulate the outcome of an election outside of Venezuela in a predictable fashion.”

2006. Fourteen years before Sidney Powell went on television. Twenty years before Kurt Olsen was given a White House office and access to classified intelligence to look for it.

And the assessment explains why it’s technically impossible — an explanation that quietly demolishes the entire “the machines did it” framework:

“The Venezuelan Government’s ability to manipulate the results of voting in Venezuela rested in part on its ability to control every stage of the electronic voting process, from initial acquisition of the machines to pre- and post-voting machine security, to programming, to storage of paper voting receipts, to control of the audit process. Neither the Venezuelan Government nor Smartmatic would have such a complete spectrum of access during an electoral process outside Venezuela.”

Flynn network will never quote that. Venezuela couldn’t even rig its own elections with a backdoor in the software. They had to own the machines, the programming, the storage, the receipts, the ballots and the auditors — the entire chain, end to end, in a country where it controlled everything from the press to diaper prices. Not only that, the CIA assessed that in each of its own subsequent elections through and including 2020 they appeared to have increasingly diminished control over election outcomes.

This confirms what I have been reporting since Patrick Byrne resuscitated the false theory in the weeks before the 2024 election with the help of former CIA officer Gary Berntsen and Rodil. The theory is incoherent on its face on three counts:

1. Dominion’s Democracy Suite is a distinct codebase from Smartmatic’s legacy Venezuelan-era software, built on different platforms in different programming languages. Smartmatic, Sequoia, and Dominion all use distinct platforms built with distinct programming languages. There is no shared code lineage. University of Michigan computer scientist Alex Halderman told Reuters the idea is “technically incoherent” for exactly this reason.

2. The entire “connection” between the companies rests on Dominion’s 2010 purchase of certain assets that had belonged to Sequoia Voting Systems — a company Smartmatic had already been forced to divest to American ownership and leadership in 2007 under pressure from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

3. Nearly two decades of independent development, federal and state certification, and source-code review stand between the Smartmatic software of the mid-2000s and the Dominion systems used in 2020 and 2024. The notion of a dormant “backdoor” surviving all of that is not technically plausible.

What the Assessment Says About Venezuela — And Why It Doesn’t Help Them

The assessment documents Venezuelan intent. It reports that in April 2004, intelligence indicated Chávez stated his objective was to prevent the reelection of a sitting U.S. president (then President George W. Bush). It reports intelligence that Smartmatic directors held credentials from Venezuelan intelligence services. It notes that the 2006 National Security Threat Assessment rated Smartmatic’s acquisition of Sequoia a “moderate overall threat to US national security interests,” in part because Smartmatic and Sequoia held contracts in roughly 400 U.S. counties at the time. And it states that the 2006 assessment concluded Smartmatic’s potential susceptibility to Venezuelan government manipulation made the acquisition “a potential instrument for Venezuelan officials seeking to undermine confidence in, or manipulate the electoral process in, the United States.”

The word “potential” carries a lot of weight in that assessment.

Regardless, in response to the assessment, Smartmatic and Sequoia were transfered into a U.S.-owned and led entity in 2007 until Dominion purchased Sequoia in 2010.

Intent, though, is not capability, and the assessment makes that clear. Chávez, who died in 2013, wanted to interfere. Smartmatic’s ownership structure was a legitimate counterintelligence concern. And that is precisely why the U.S. government acted: Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) pressure forced Smartmatic to divest Sequoia in 2007. The mechanism the conspiracy theory requires (a chain of custody from Smartmatic software to Dominion) was severed by the United States government nineteen years ago.

Patrick Byrne responded to me directly on X when I wrote a post about this that was widely shared:

He spelled my name wrong.

So Byrne’s claim appears to be that I omitted the words “in 2006” from the short quote I selected to share that somehow makes it false. Further, he seems to suggest that, since the CIA’s original assessment was in 2006, it is somehow invalid, even though the findings in the 2006 assessment were reassessed and confirmed by the CIA in 2021 and again in 2026. The 2006 finding was never overturned, even after Tulsi Gabbard and her faithful servants (now mostly terminated after five rounds of layoffs by Acting DNI Bill Pulte) spent over a year trying to overturn it.

And there’s one fact in the document the Flynn network will pretend not to have read. In March 2018, according to the assessment, Smartmatic ceased operations in Venezuela after publicly accusing the Maduro regime of inflating turnout by more than one million votes in the August 2017 National Constituent Assembly election — figures that diverged from the data recorded by Smartmatic’s own machines.

The company they’ve spent five years calling Maduro’s election-rigging arm publicly blew the whistle on Maduro’s election rigging, using its own machine data to do it, and walked away from the country. If Smartmatic were the regime’s instrument, that certainly wouldn’t have happened.

Emerald Robinson also responded to my post on this topic, which clearly triggered her. Rather than responding to any of the ideas, claims, or evidence I included in my post, she went straight to ad hominem, and demanded I dox my small local church family so she could harass them. She also accused me of being part of the Intelligence Community (IC), so I guess that means I’m getting better at this.

The Serbian Server

Meanwhile, the Flynn network has spent the last year sensationalizing rather than substantiating. Emerald Robinson published a sprawling X thread claiming that Rodil, Berntsen, and Patrick Byrne — with Flynn’s blessing — “saved” the 2024 election by paying $15 in Bitcoin to a “Japanese anon” for the IP addresses of Serbian servers, which they then hacked and neutralized. She called them the “Three Muskateers.”

The Flynn network uses this fantastic tale to take credit for the Trump campaign’s incredible victory in 2024, despite Flynn’s and Byrne’s consistent efforts throughout that campaign cycle to convince their followers the elections are hopelessly rigged so there’s no point in voting. Here’s a prime example of how Byrne weaponized these Venezuela claims just one week before the election:

I do find it interesting what Byrne is actually confessing to with his Three Muskateers claim. If he really had private U.S. or foreign citizens hack and disable a Dominion server in Serbia to alter the conditions of a U.S. election — even in a direction they liked — that would itself be unauthorized computer intrusion and, by any honest definition, election interference.

Kurt Olsen’s Distraction Op

In April 2026, Reuters reported that Gabbard’s office brought in a Virginia cybersecurity contractor, Mojave Research, to conduct the forensic examination of the Puerto Rico Dominion machines seized in May 2025. Kurt Olsen is the Flynn network attorney sanctioned in Arizona for false statements in Kari Lake’s case, widely credited for advising Tina Peters into the conduct that sent her to prison for nine years, and who two sources with direct knowledge tell me was the lawyer behind Mike Lindell’s 2021 promise that the Supreme Court would vote 9-0 to reinstall Trump. Olsen attached himself to that investigation with one goal: prove the Venezuelan backdoor.

Mojave looked, for months. In briefings between June and October 2025, Olsen pushed the team to search harder for the suspicious code he was certain was there. When they couldn’t find it (because it didn’t exist), Olsen repeatedly told the team it was “clearly doing it wrong.”

Mojave CEO Jason Wareham said he “lost count the number of times Olsen said ‘Maricopa is a crime scene,’” and described Olsen’s evidence-free theorizing as a “cacophony” of rumor and opinion that eventually led the firm to stop working with him.

When they produced a report showing no Venezuelan backdoor, Olsen sent a September message to President Trump accusing Mojave of serving the “deep state” and secretly taking money from George Soros. Mojave opened its books to disprove the smear, calling it “patently absurd and ridiculous.” Soros’ Open Society Foundations told Reuters it had never even heard of the firm.

It didn’t matter. Olsen fought for Mojave’s termination and won; the contract was killed in October. That same month, Trump made Olsen his Director of Election Security and Integrity, working out of the White House and reporting directly to the President.

Reuters reported in May that Olsen also led an investigation into Dominion’s hardware in his efforts to ban the “machines.” In the summer of 2025, he had a team, most likely linked to Tulsi Gabbard’s “Director’s Initiative Group” (DIG), whose members are widely speculated to have been terminated by Pulte but were working closely with Olsen at the time, disassemble Puerto Rico tabulators looking for malicious hardware from China.

They found none, but that was never reported on by conservative media.

At Trump’s request, starting with his official appointment to the DOJ in October 2025, the CIA gave Olsen access to intelligence related to the 2020 election. It’s hard to believe they wouldn’t have started with the newly declassified CIA assessment on Venezuela interference. He had the Mojave software forensics. He had directly overseen the failed search for malicious hardware. He had the obvious fact that Smartmatic and Dominion use different programming languages and platforms. Every authoritative source available to the most cleared election investigator in America said the same thing.

He responded by smearing the examiners, ignoring their warnings about vulnerabilities that went unaddressed until this month, and redirecting the machinery of the federal government toward investigations that have thus far produced zero verifiable evidence of fraud in 2020.

Olsen has been a full time operative since the 2020 election. He has directed one failed lawsuit after another. He’s been a driving force behind fabricated and false claims. He’s been sanctioned by courts. He claimed Trump would be put back into office by a 9-0 SCOTUS ruling months after Biden’s inauguration. He had full access to all classified information anywhere in the U.S. Government — and he failed to produce anything substantive whatsoever.

A source with direct knowledge told me that Olsen was called into the White House in January 2026 and told he would soon be fired if he didn’t produce results. A week later the Fulton County, Georgia raid occurred — a raid the FBI’s own search warrant shows originated from an Olsen referral. The warrant was based on long-established errors and violations of rules and procedures, but nothing new. And that investigation has yet to produce any new evidence of fraud.

In June, Olsen became a lead attorney on Joe diGenova’s grand jury team in the grand conspiracy investigation out of Florida.

The Cost: Time, Precious Time

The cruelest irony of the whole affair is that Mojave actually found something — just not what Olsen and Gabbard wanted.

The contractor identified genuine software flaws in the Puerto Rico machines, consistent with vulnerabilities University of Michigan professor Alex Halderman documented in 2021 and CISA warned about in 2022 in Dominion’s ImageCast X systems. There is no evidence they were ever exploited, but the vulnerabilities are real, and in Mojave’s view potentially present in machines elsewhere in the country.

Mojave recommended a concrete remediation plan: analyze more machines, stand up a task force to help states patch, fund the effort, penalize states that refused. Per Reuters’ sources, states needed to begin implementation by May 2026 to finish before the November midterms.

That deadline came and went.

The report exists. We now know its formal title and date, because CISA cited it in a footnote of the election security report released this month: Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite Preliminary Vulnerability Assessment, Mojave Research for the ODNI, September 25, 2025. CISA also disclosed something remarkable in the same passage — that while it reviewed Mojave’s report, CISA was never given access to the devices and could not conduct its own examination.

So Olsen and his DIG team had access to the hardware, but they did not permit access to the nation’s civilian cybersecurity agency. That is what “election security” looked like under Olsen and Gabbard: the contractor fired, the report shelved, the country’s cyber defense agency held at arm’s length, and the lawyer who called the examiners Soros assets given free reign and the nation’s highest security clearance.

Every week Olsen spent demanding Mojave find Venezuelan ghost code and chasing down fabricated conspiracy theories stole precious time from any legitimate investigation that might have produced results we could sink our teeth into.

Kurt Olsen has only been an obstacle to President Trump’s objective of making our elections secure and trustworthy.

The Timeline

Below, as a thank you for my paid subscribers, I have developed an extensive timeline of the events surrounding this story, starting with the 2000 founding of Smartmatic all the way through President Trump’s July 10, 2026.

Conclusions

President Trump’s July 10 speech and declas was truthful and compelling. There were several revelations - especially Chinese acquisition of voter data and the IC’s failure to disclose key assessments to President Trump before and after the 2020 election - that beg for solutions. For many reasons, Congress really should pass the SAVE America Act, and as honest journalists and the rational middle of American voters assess this information it should compell longterm solutions.

Matt DePerno is vindicated. He called Rodil and Berntsen frauds in writing in January 2025, at personal cost within his own political world, and every subsequent forensic and intelligence finding has proven him right. The man the media on the right ignored was the only one in that Signal chat telling the truth.

This reporting is vindicated. Every pillar of what I published — the warning to Muldrow, the emptiness of Rodil’s “evidence,” the Gabbard timeline problem, the Flynn network’s pattern of weaponized failure, and the argument that the fake story was crowding out the real work — is now supported by the declassified record.

Tulsi Gabbard has to answer for what she knew. The finding that Venezuela never had the capability to touch our machines predates her tenure by nineteen years. The NIC memorandum warning that fabricated machine-compromise claims would be nearly impossible to disprove sat in her own agency’s holdings — and she personally declassified it, eleven months after telling the President the machines were vulnerable to manipulation. She either never read her own community’s work or didn’t care. Either way, she used the DNI’s position to lend the Intelligence Community’s credibility to Flynn network mythology, and she never issued a correction when her own contractor came back empty.

Kurt Olsen should be removed from the grand jury team. A man who responded to exculpatory forensics by inventing a Soros conspiracy about the examiners, who has been sanctioned for false statements to courts, who is widely credited with connecting Tina Peters to Conan Hayes and helping oversee a criminal defense theory that I believe was designed to put her in prison, and whose central theory is now contradicted in writing by the CIA has no business anywhere near a grand jury. Every day he remains is a day the eventual work product is poisoned.

The machines were never rigged from Caracas. Maduro was arrested for trafficking drugs, not because he is a witness to election fraud. But American elections were sabotaged all the same — including by the people who spent five years grifting off fairy tales of “masheeen frawd” to demoralize and disenfranchize Republican voters, filing designed-to-fail lawsuits, setting up patsies to take the fall for their false claims and misdeeds, and engaging in lunatic antics to provide the media with plenty of red meat to use against Trump.

The registration, filed June 16 with the Department of Justice under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, came three weeks after Mellor flew to Havana and, by his own account, had dinner with Raulito seven times. It was executed with the help of Jesse Binnall — the same attorney who represents Flynn and is now Joe Flynn’s business partner on the $1.8 billion Balkan pipeline deal that followed Flynn’s own FARA registration as a foreign agent for Milorad Dodik, Vladimir Putin’s closest ally in the Balkans.

What Mellor Agreed to Do for the Castros

The filing itself, in Mellor’s own words, commits him to the preparation and dissemination of “informational materials” for the Cuban principal, “providing sample ideas for social media content and strategies,” proposing website concepts, “relationship building,” and bridging “communication gaps between Cubans and Americans.”

Strip away the consultant-speak and the job description is simple: social media strategy and messaging for the man who runs communist Cuba’s version of the Secret Service — a mouthpiece for the regime.

The filing states Mellor is receiving no compensation, that the arrangement dates to roughly May 29, 2026, and that it arose from neither a written contract nor an exchange of correspondence. A handshake deal with the Castro family’s heir apparent, formalized at the DOJ.

The Flynn Connection

Mellor is not some freelance adventurer who stumbled into Havana. He has said himself that he served as Flynn’s “chief of staff” for five years — a role he held throughout the ReAwaken America tour — and that the contacts he made through Flynn’s network are what connected him to the Cuban Americans who facilitated the trip. When those Cuban Americans backed out the day of departure, Mellor went anyway. His reaction, on tape: “For me, alright, this just got even cooler, you know?”

The ties run deeper than a job title. Flynn has endorsed Mellor and called him “a great friend.” Flynn headlined Mellor’s “Rhode Island First” rally at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick on March 7 and has held multiple fundraisers for the campaign. Mellor was executive producer of Flynn’s “Plan B” presidential campaign film.

Mellor owns The Hollow, the Sarasota-area venue the Washington Post called “Florida’s playground for the far-right,” a hub for the Flynn network. And when it came time to file his foreign agent paperwork, the attorney who executed it was Binnall — Flynn’s lawyer and pipeline partner.

A 30 Year Florida Resident Runs for Congress in Rhode Island from a Rented House

Mellor is running in Rhode Island’s 2nd District against Democratic incumbent Rep. Seth Magaziner, with the primary set for Sept. 9. He is a Woonsocket native — who then lived in Florida for roughly 30 years.

He rented a house in the district shortly before the deadline to establish residency. He has not sold any of his Florida property, including The Hollow. His campaign treasurer is based in his Florida hometown of three decades. His campaign is almost entirely self-funded, and its filings route money to consultants like Billy Kozis, whose only other publicly known client, RFK Jr., paid him about $47,000 in 2024.

Federal law prohibits members of Congress from acting as agents of a foreign principal under FARA. Mellor is asking Rhode Island voters to send a currently registered foreign agent of the Cuban regime to the House. The state GOP declined to endorse him, citing both the residency questions and the Cuba registration. Mellor says he didn’t want the endorsement anyway.

“I Wasn’t Negotiating.” Then He Describes Negotiating.

Mellor insists he went to Cuba as a private citizen and “salesman for the state of Rhode Island,” that he filed voluntarily for transparency, and that he wasn’t circumventing Secretary of State Marco Rubio — who, along with the administration, he says is “doing an amazing job.” The State Department confirmed Mellor is not authorized to speak or act on behalf of the U.S. government.

But on a recent podcast, in the same breath as denying he negotiated, Mellor described his conversations with Raulito this way: “All I was doing was giving my perspective on certain things. Like he would ask, and I would give my perspective, ‘Hey, you’re not gonna get anywhere until you’ve got to at least do this.’”

He also said this about “breaking bread” and “drinking beers” with the Castro “heir apparent:” “It was good. It was good... We built a relationship.”

The Cuban-American National Chamber of Commerce — which Mellor initially cited as the impetus for his trip — sent his campaign a letter flatly denying it. The group “did not in any way endorse or urge” the trip, wrote vice president Rafael Sixto, adding that the board “strongly opposes any meeting with any member of the current Cuban regime.”

The Pattern

In October 2025, Flynn registered under FARA as a paid agent of Dodik, Putin’s man in the Balkans, at $100,000 a month. Sanctions on Dodik were lifted, and the Flynn family landed a $1.8 billion pipeline deal — papered by Jesse Binnall.

In June 2026, Flynn’s longtime right hand registered under FARA as an agent of the Castro family’s security chief — papered by Jesse Binnall — while running for the United States Congress, promising that if elected, Rhode Island “will be the first one to bring businesses” into Cuba.

Two registrations, two anti-American regimes, one network, one lawyer, nine months. The tally: the Castros got an American congressional candidate producing their “informational materials” for free, and Rhode Island’s 2nd District got a candidate who lives in a rental, banks in Florida and files in Havana’s interest.

BiggerTruth readers will recognize another pattern in Mellor’s political ideology and hostility toward the Republican Party. As you’ll see in this clip, RIGOP saw him as “too hot” but he had no interest in toning things down. He says the reason why Republicans don’t win in his district, where 14% of the registered voters are Republicans, is because Republicans “don’t have the representation they want.” He thinks he speaks for everyone, “I say what everybody’s thinking.”

“We need to come out hard, we need to come out loud, and we need to do it now,” Mellor says. So far, voters in nearly every state have proven the Flynn-aligned candidates dead wrong.

Three recordings from early 2021, obtained by Bigger Truth from Staci Burk, show 1st Amendment Praetorian (1AP) operatives she claims were detaining her under the guise of security in her Arizona home reporting the details of her case up a chain to “Rob and Kent”: Robert Patrick Lewis, the group’s co-founder, and Joe Kent, the man the Senate later confirmed to run the National Counterterrorism Center.

Kent’s link to the private militia that guarded Mike Flynn’s and Roger Stone’s 2020 “Stop the Steal” operation was adeptly speculated by Mother Jones. Kent amplified the group on Twitter. He and Lewis called each other “brother” in public Twitter conversations, shown in the screenshots below. These recordings go further. The operatives on the ground treated “Rob and Kent” as the top of the chain of command. One of them, Rich Chichester, reported the case of Burk’s stolen phone directly to them, over the head of his own team leader. A second 1AP man, James Curtis, said on a separate recording that Lewis “brought Kent in.”

The fallout they were reporting up that chain: Burk’s phone, which they admit in the recordings was stolen from her hands by an armed operative, before it surfaced at the Willard Hotel in Washington, D.C., blocks from the White House, in the first days of January 2021.

Joe Kent as the pro-BRICS insurgent

Kent is a former Green Beret who ran twice for Congress in Washington’s 3rd District and lost both times to Democrat Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez. Trump nominated him to lead the National Counterterrorism Center on Feb. 3, 2025. The Senate confirmed him on July 30, 2025, by a 52-44 vote. He resigned on March 17, 2026, in protest of Operation Epic Fury, the joint U.S.-Israeli military campaign against Iran, with a letter declaring that “Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.”

Kent has since faced allegations of leaking. The FBI is reportedly investigating him in connection with alleged leaks of classified information. Separately, Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet said on “The Charlie Kirk Show” in March that he provided Charlie Kirk’s private group-chat messages to Kent, then the sitting NCTC director; that Kent urged him to make them public; that Kolvet declined; and that the messages appeared weeks later, published by Candace Owens. “Can I 100% categorically say that he leaked them? No, but those are the facts,” Kolvet said. Kent denied leaking the messages: “I know I did nothing wrong.”

Kent’s resignation was widely interpreted as an act of subversion against President Trump’s efforts to permanently disarm Iran’s nuclear ambitions. Mike Flynn’s network has amplified Kent relentlessly since his resignation, making him a leading figure in the anti-Trump, anti-Israel insurgency on the right. Watching that unfold led me to ask whether Kent’s relationship with Flynn’s network had roots that predated his first run for Congress. The recordings in this report answer that question. Kent was involved in Flynn’s network by the end of 2020, and the operatives running one of that network’s most disturbing operations understood him to be leadership.

The public record of Kent and Lewis

On Sept. 10, 2020, Robert Patrick Lewis announced the launch of 1AP in a lengthy Twitter thread: “a group of military, law enforcement & intel community veterans” recruiting volunteers to provide “physical security, intelligence/surveillance and to serve as team leaders for small security & intelligence cells.” The thread’s final post ended: “Counterinsurgency activated.”

Joe Kent reposted the thread that launched 1AP, a fact first pointed out by Mother Jones. Kent and Lewis promoted each other on Twitter/X and repeatedly called each other “brother.” In a 2022 Telegram post, Lewis said he knew Kent “personally.” When Kent was appointed to NCTC, Lewis said he was “doing the happy dance rn” and posted a picture of Kent and Tulsi Gabbard to celebrate.

On Nov. 25, 2020, registration records show, the Shepherd Group, doing business as First Amendment Praetorian, registered as a federal contractor to provide “physical security” and “professional intelligence” services. Ten days earlier, a team of operatives in their network had begun assembling around Staci Burk.

Who is Staci Burk?

Burk was an Arizona woman drawn into Sidney Powell’s post-election case. In November 2020, men presenting themselves as a government-arranged security detail moved into her home, telling her that her life was in danger. Her federal court filings allege the detail controlled her communications and contact with the outside world for months. Two sworn affidavits from visitors to the house, one a licensed process server, describe armed men, a U.S. government contractor ID, and a woman who was not allowed to leave. That story, and the manufactured threat behind it, will be explained more fully in Parts 2 and 3 of this series.

What matters for this report is the phone. Burk’s phone held several hundred recordings of her conversations with 1AP operatives and with Flynn, Joe Flynn, Sidney Powell, Kelly Townsend, Bernie Kerik, and others. According to her filings, operative Brandon Pittman, while armed and standing with Rich Chichester, “forcefully took her phone from her hands while she was on a call with an Arizona Senator.” Days later, Geoffrey Flohr, the team leader code-named “Yoda,” who had deployed from her house to guard Flynn in Washington, sent Burk a photo confirming the phone had turned up at the Willard Hotel on Jan. 4, in the bag of operative Rich Chichester.

Weeks later, Burk’s lawsuits allege that a different phone, of the same model but a completely different color, was returned to her. It had been cloned, meaning her files, apps and recordings had been copied. However, according to the lawsuits, several key recordings of conversations with Mike Flynn, Joe Flynn, Sidney Powell, and others had been scrubbed. 1AP operative Mike Kenny sent Burk a copy of the shipping receipt for the return of her replacement phone.

Burk never received her original phone back.

The theft of that phone is the event the operatives had to explain to up the chain of command within the 1AP organization. The recordings show who they reported to.

“I went directly to Rob and Kent with that phone”

The first recording is a conversation between Burk and Chichester. In the 51-second excerpt below, published here for the first time, Chichester describes what he did with Burk’s phone, which he claimed Pittman planted in his backpack, the same backpack that had traveled with him from her house in Arizona to the Willard Hotel in Washington. He did not report it to Geoffrey Flohr, the team leader code-named “Yoda.” He went over Flohr’s head, to the top.

“I didn’t tell Yoda,” Chichester says. “I went directly to Rob and Kent with that phone. I thought somebody had tracked me home. I didn’t think it was your phone.”

Chichester was a field operative for 1AP with Yoda as his team leader above him. When he found stolen property in his own bag and feared he was being set up, the two men he trusted with it, bypassing his entire team structure, were Robert Patrick Lewis and Joe Kent.

The investigation: “Rob... put out the questions”

The second recording is a separate, longer conversation between Burk and Chichester. Three excerpts, published below, capture his account of what happened after the theft reached the top: an internal 1AP investigation into the stolen phone, run by “Rob and Kent.”

In the first excerpt, Chichester describes leadership’s reaction when he contacted them. “I think when I contacted Rob and Kent, see I don’t think Rob and Kent really knew what was going on,” he says. “Because Rob, when he put out the questions for me and 1800,” the call sign for Brandon Pittman, the operative Burk’s lawsuit accuses of grabbing the phone from her hands, “he said, we didn’t know, he says, I didn’t know this phone was stolen. Okay. When was it stolen? And what happened? And I told him. I said Yoda knew it was gone. Yoda knew the whole thing.”

In the second excerpt, Chichester describes the paper trail. He wrote an after-action report on the deployment. Protocol said it went to Yoda: “my AAR was supposed to be written to Yoda, okay, because he was the boss.” He copied Pittman, the team leader. But because he did not trust Flohr to pass it up, he made sure it reached the two men above him: “I didn’t trust Yoda. And I didn’t know whether he would pass it on to Rob and Kent. So what I did was I blind copied Rob and Kent.”

“I was gonna tell Rob and Kent no matter what, and I did that,” he says. What followed, in his telling: “I think it was Rob and Kent talking to Yoda and saying, what the hell is going on here? That created the chaos.”

In the third excerpt, Burk asks Chichester directly what Rob and Kent said about the theft. His answer catches how busy leadership was in the run up to January 6: “we still had the big thing that was going to be happening in DC. Okay? And so they were like really busy at the time.”

Chichester describes sending recordings to leadership as evidence in the investigation, including a tape Burk had given him of Pittman disparaging him. Burk tells him leadership’s response was to blame her for sending it. “That’s the thing that blows my mind,” Chichester answers. “And I think that’s more Kent than anything. I don’t know what Rob is... I’m looking at leaving the group anyway.”

The excerpts also catch the operatives’ understanding of accountability inside the group. “The people who give the orders, usually are not the ones that end up in trouble,” Chichester tells Burk. “It’s the peons that do the dirty work.” By his account, the fallout landed on the peons: Chichester and Pittman were suspended from the group’s encrypted Wickr rooms, and Flohr left.

Chichester also says this: “I don’t think Rob and Kent really knew what was going on.” In his account, the theft itself was run at the team level. What the recordings establish is the structure above it. When something went wrong in the field, the man on the ground went around his team leader to “Rob and Kent,” the two men with the authority to put out questions, demand answers, and hand down suspensions.

Lewis “brought Kent in”

The third recording corroborates the structure from another direction. James Curtis, a second 1AP man, describes communications with Lewis about the phone and says Lewis “brought Kent in.” Curtis also tells Burk that an audio file exists of Pittman “getting direction from Yoda before the phone was stolen, directing that the phone be stolen,” and gives his own assessment of the team: “I think Yoda’s corrupt, 1800 is corrupt, and I don’t know where the rest of it goes.”

No prosecutorial interest

The January 6th Committee obtained initial discovery from 1AP, provided by the group’s lawyer, Leslie McAdoo Gordon, including a list of members and whether any held current .gov or .mil email addresses. The committee deposed Lewis, who invoked the 5th Amendment as he refused to answer nearly every question asked of him. Despite this, and Lewis’ own public statements prior to the event saying “we have the constitutional authority to go physically rip them out of their offices tie them down to a railroad tie and run them out of town,” neither Lewis nor any other operative of 1AP were prosecuted for J6-related crimes.

Further, no public record shows the Committee, the FBI, or the Senate ever asking what these recordings now raise: what was Joe Kent’s role in this organization in the winter of 2020-21?

Kent’s own sworn Senate questionnaire, submitted for his 2025 confirmation to run the nation’s counterterrorism enterprise, does not mention involvement in 1AP.

Michigan GOP Delegates Prioritize Winning

Last weekend at the Michigan Republican Party state nominating convention, common sense won. Anthony Forlini and Doug Lloyd—the two candidates I endorsed—secured the MIGOP nominations in decisive fashion. Attempts to disrupt were quickly quashed. No last-minute rule suspensions. They both took approximately 25 point wins in the first round.

The Detroit News published an excellent column: “The party has prioritized electable candidates and rebuilding. These candidate choices signal seriousness to voters beyond the base.” Columnist Kaitlyn Buss continued, “A party that can nominate candidates who appeal to both its base and the broader electorate is a party that can compete in Michigan again.”

This is the path to victory. The division within the Republican party is not “establishment v. grassroots” as the dividers want us to believe, and as the rest of this report will help illuminate. It is foreign-linked insurgents and their useful idiots who are working to destroy the GOP by making us unelectable.

Despite the Flynn network’s best efforts (and those of their man in Michigan, Patrick Colbeck), Delegates chose the only two candidates with the experience to run winning campaigns and appeal to a wide, common-sense voting audience. This was a huge win that so many of us worked hard for, and it is a blueprint for the future survival of our party and the greatest nation on Earth.

Does a Settlement Agreement Really Prove Anything?

Fresh on the heels of Flynn’s no good very bad week last week, Flynn announced the finalization of a settlement agreement with the DOJ in his $50M wrongful prosecution civil suit against the government. It was announced a few months ago that the DOJ would settle this lawsuit, but the timing of the finalization of the agreement was certainly beneficial for Flynn.

The settlement was for $1.25M, or 2.5% of what he was seeking. He instantly published a statement claiming this proved that he was a wrongfully prosecuted victim hero. But did the settlement prove anything? Lawsuits are settled all the time without an admission of guilt and this was no different.

Flynn wrote in his statement, “Nothing can fully compensate for the hell that my family and I have endured over these many years…” But what hell did they put him through? He his family members personally pocketed hundreds of thousands on his legal defense fund. He didn’t spend a day in prison. He has raked in millions across his multiple grifts, and he clearly enjoys the adoration of millions of Americans.

His actions from Russiagate until now have certainly created massive setbacks and suffering for both of Trump’s administrations. If not for Flynn’s and the DIA’s involvement in Trump’s first campaign, Russiagate would not have gained the traction it did to set back Trump’s first administration.

What was strange to me about Flynn’s settlement was how aggressively the media pushed the story, and how the story was framed, with conservative outlets framing the settlement as correcting a “historic injustice” and left-leaning outlets criticizing the settlement as an example of favoritism because of Flynn’s “support of Trump.”

Both sides worked together to promote the false narrative that Flynn is a faithful supporter of President Trump.

After paying no attention to the major stories I discussed last week that proved beyond a doubt that Flynn is working against Trump — Dan Bongino pointing to his military grade PSYOPs against conservatives, promotion of a CCP-linked propagandist, and more — they all run with the story about his settlement.

Shortly after this story ran its course, Flynn posted an image of his statement on his letterhead supposedly signed by President Trump, claiming that Trump “signed off on” his statement.

I’ve run this through advanced paid models of Grok, ChatGPT and Claude AI and they all think it’s a fake. There is no statement from Trump or anyone outside of Flynn’s immediate family to corroborate it and there is no image of what looks like an actual piece of paper signed by the President. If President Trump were to “sign off on” Flynn’s statement, wouldn’t he have included a personal note to Flynn or have posted it himself on Truth Social?

But all we have is what appears to be a forgery from Flynn, but nevertheless it was useful in providing reassurance to his millions of followers who were beginning to doubt him.

CPAC: Truth Peaks Through the Woke Right Veil

President Trump wisely skipped CPAC after Epstein’s BFF Steve Bannon, Matt Gaetz, and a host of other Israel-obsessed Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) promoters filled the speaking schedule.

In that milieu, Josh Hammer took the main stage and spoke right through the woke right squeals and heckling as he called out the rot by name. He named Tucker Carlson, Matt Gaetz, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and the broader “Podcastistan” influencer class for what they are—explicitly anti-MAGA. He pointed out (as I did last week) that Carlson hosted a CCP mouthpiece who proposed America join China, Russia, and Iran as “equal partners” in a new world order, and that Carlson affirmed it as the wisest possible advice. He connected the dots to Alexander Dugin, noting that the goal of these influencers is to build a coalition that “makes America great by making Russia and China great.” He called it what it is: the direct advancement of our enemies’ interests. And he reminded CPAC that Trump himself has labeled these figures as “not MAGA,” and that Republicans trust Trump over Carlson and Kelly by an 83-to-6 margin.

Sarah Maekin, who served in the first Trump administration as the President’s Senior Advisor on International Religious Freedom, delivered an equally critical message on a topic the Flynn network desperately wants you to ignore: Russia’s systematic persecution of Christians. She told CPAC that Russia has bombed, shelled, and looted 650 Christian churches in occupied Ukraine. That they have murdered at least 49 pastors, priests, and evangelical leaders—torturing many of them before killing them. That in Russian-occupied territory, only one church is allowed, and you can be arrested for practicing any other faith.

This is what the Flynn/Russia influence network doesn’t want you to hear. They want you to believe Russia is not a threat — or is even an ally — and we need to disband NATO as we just let them have Ukraine.

Flynn’s New Favorite Influencer Shares Russia’s Vision

I reported last week about how Mike Flynn called Tucker Carlson’s interview of Jiang Xueqin “the most powerful and insightful strategic analysis I’ve heard in the past decade.” This week a new video was published of Jiang in front of a classroom smart board walking his audience through Alexander Dugin’s vision for “Putin’s World Order.”

He calls for the end of the “unipolar moment of American dominance” because our Constitutional system “breaks apart communities,” is “anti-human” and “abhorent.”

This is what Tucker Carlson platformed and Mike Flynn just endorsed.

He insists America will collapse following a civil war, and presents his vision for the Russia-led “multipolar world order” that would ensue. As a result, Russia will become “The third Rome.”

This insurgency that I’ve been calling out within state GOPs, churches, and the influencer network on the right for over two years is showing itself to be aggressively advocating the destruction of America.

The Unauthorized Russian Duma Tour Through the U.S. Capitol

On March 28, Republican representatives Anna Paulina Luna, Eli Crane, Derrick Van Orden, Andy Ogles, and Vicente Gonzalez hosted sanctioned members of the Russian Duma—including Vyacheslav Nikonov, grandson of the Vyacheslav Molotov who signed the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact with Hitler to carve up Europe—on an unauthorized personal tour of the U.S. Capitol. The Hill reported that they entered Speaker Mike Johnson’s suite of offices through the balcony, unannounced, while Johnson was not present. The Hill reporter on scene was discouraged from asking the group further questions. A member of Russia’s United Russia party, Svetlana Zhurova, acknowledged it was her first time in the Capitol.

Van Orden said of the Russian lawmakers: “one guy I guarantee he used to be a KGB agent—that’s a very good, educated guess. But pleasant enough.”

I was the first to report that it appeared that Turning Point’s Tyler Bowyer helped lead the group. I recognized Bowyer in video taken by The Hill, and after publishing about it heard from someone who personally recognized Bowyer inside the Capitol with Luna and the Russians. Bowyer, who tweeted on March 26 that it was “Big news today as we have GREAT congressmen hosting the Russian Duma,” is the same man who tweeted in February 2022—three weeks before Putin’s full-scale invasion—that he “lived in Russia and studied Stalinism.” By March 2025, the story had shifted: now he “lived on the border of Ukraine and Russia.” His involvement in facilitating this Capitol tour deserves serious scrutiny.

In December, the same lawmakers who welcomed these Russians in March had already rolled out the red carpet for Russia-linked propagandists and Putin-adjacent clergy on Capitol Hill back in December.

Battle Lines: Massie vs. Trump, Amplified by RT

Some issues draw champions from both sides, and some issues form clear lines of demarcation. The effort to unseat Rep. Thomas Massie is the latter.

The Flynn network, Russian propagandists, groypers, Israel-haters, and Libertarians all converge in support of Massie. Massie has relentlessly promoted TDS talking points against Trump.

Trump, Bongino, and the entire counterinsurgency that has formed around Bongino on X support Ed Gallrein.

Rep. Thomas Massie is being relentlessly amplified by Russia Today(RT)—Russian state propaganda that the State Department has said should be treated like a covert intelligence operation. They’re painting him as a victim-hero while blaming Israel for every problem on Earth. Massie held a “Massie Money Bomb” fundraiser with MTG—and RT reposted it, with MTG’s quote about “three Jewish billionaires” and their supposed loyalty to Israel right there on Russian state media’s feed.

The Kentucky primary on May 19 will be a battle of Team America (Gallrein) v. Team anti-America (Massie). Polymarket currently shows Gallrein with a 65%-35% lead over Massie, but if you spend any time on X you could be led to believe Massie is more popular.

Roger Stone Posts Twice in Response to My Reporting

Roger Stone posted twice this week in response to my reporting on his involvement in the 2024 “Plan B” campaign for Flynn for President.

He claimed that he simply made a comment in 2023 about Flynn being a better candidate than DeSantis or Nikki Haley. In his second post, the next day, he omitted his profane conclusion but copied and pasted his first three paragraphs as you can see above.

The problem is that the documented record tells a different story—and that Stone’s story has changed as well. Stone stated on Alex Jones’ show in 2021 that they were running a campaign for Flynn for President, and I documented the infrastructure around that effort, which goes far beyond casual “contingency planning” and included a years’ long effort to take over state GOPs in order to take over the 2024 RNC convention from the floor.

The fact that Stone felt compelled to post twice indicates that my reporting is having an impact.

The WHY Behind All of It: The Russia-China Joint Declaration

The Flynn/Massie/Tucker/Candace/Fuentes insurgency comes down to a single question: Do we want the United States of America, our Constitutional system, and the US Dollar to remain the guiding force in world politics and economics? Or do we help bring about a multipolar world order led by the CCP and Russia?

The Flynn networks have planted their flag squarely on the side of Russia and the CCP. Trump is representing the USA—and therefore the individual human rights and freedoms of the citizens of every country on Earth.

Last week, I came across this February 2022 joint declaration between Russia and the Chinese Communist Party, published just 3 weeks before Russia invaded Ukraine. The document lays out the Russia-CCP alignment around four explicit goals—goals that map precisely onto the chaos the Flynn network has been engineering since Flynn’s 2013 visit to the Kremlin’s GRU.

The document outlines four main goals:

Multipolarization of the world—replacing the United States as the dominant world power. This is the endgame. Every time you hear “multipolar world order” treated as a virtue, you’re hearing Dugin’s language laundered through CCP propaganda.

Economic globalization—replacing the US Dollar as the world’s reserve currency. If the Dollar loses its reserve status to a BRICS currency, interest rates skyrocket, borrowing costs surge, and Americans face a devastating transfer of wealth to Beijing and Moscow. This is what Jiang Xueqin was selling on Tucker’s show when he said the collapse of the petrodollar would “benefit the world.” It would benefit their world.

It still blows my mind that Tucker Carlson and Mike Flynn endorsed this.

Social informatization—monitoring and controlling the beliefs of the public. This is exactly what I’ve documented about Satanist Michael Aquino’s MindWar, which I’ve argued has defined Flynn’s entire career. The central premise: those who determine the beliefs of the public determine the future. It is an occult-oriented belief at its core, and Dugin has also has a well-documented background with the occult.

Cultural diversification—an obsessive focus on the differences that divide and isolate us rather than our shared humanity. Every wedge the network drives—between parties, factions, religions, denominations, ethnicities—serves this goal.

Everything these anti-American propagandists are doing is aimed at distracting us from this plan and how it would signal the end of American freedom and relative prosperity. Everything they do is aimed at dividing and destroying the GOP and our Catholic and Protestant churches—the very institutions that are our greatest defense. And they are obsessed with causing us to hate Israel and NATO, our greatest allies against the Russia-Iran-China axis.

If you want to understand why we’re experiencing all the chaos, hatred, division, and confusion—this is where you start. Read the declaration (or ask AI to summarize - it’s long and full of doublespeak). It’s all there.

At the February 2025 Michigan Republican Party (MIGOP) state convention, an individual previously unknown to many in the party, who had no history of volunteering for the party, was elected Coalitions Vice Chair for the state party with nearly unanimous support of the collectivist voting block of delegates who had previously supported Kristina Karamo.

Since then, Susan Kokinda has been an active vice chair, using the position to promote her podcast and organization, Promethean PAC. Multiple party members have asked me to investigate Kokinda and her organization after observing her promoting candidates for office with longstanding ties with her organization and using those candidates and door-knocking campaigns to distribute Promethean PAC literature—especially focused on recruiting a “youth movement.”

At first blush, her podcast and organization appears to be fiercely pro-Trump. She and her grandmotherly co-host laud praise on President Trump’s economic and foreign policies, in particular. But as I’ve shown with Michael Flynn and his network, not everyone who says they support President Trump is who they say they are.

What I’ve discovered has shocked me: a 55 year pattern of Marxist Russian propaganda that has infiltrated to the highest levels of MIGOP and the MAGA influencer space. Like the best PSYOPs, this one is mostly true, and has strong appeal: two well-versed grandmothers praising President Trump and talking about some grand conspiracy.

The devil, of course, is in the details.

The Shape of Russian Influence Operations

Before examining Promethean PAC, we need to understand how Russian influence operations work. The KGB’s “active measures” didn’t die with the Soviet Union—they evolved. When Russia abandoned communist ideology publicly, it freed Kremlin propagandists to become “much more ecumenical in devising propaganda and disinformation themes,” using diverse tactics and language patterns to target both left and right.

Russia has been particularly active on the American political right, especially in the last 10 years. To understand Russian propaganda, it’s helpful to learn from Yuri Bezmenov, a former KGB propagandist who defected from the Soviet Union around 1970.

The modern Russian playbook includes: demoralization by sowing chaos and destabilization within Western political parties, promoting institutional nihilism (“everything is corrupt,” “elections are hopelessly rigged”); promotion of racism, anti-semitism and white nationalism; narratives positioning Russia as “good,” “neutral,” or irrelevant to global problems; and deflecting blame for Russian actions onto other Western nations—particularly Britain and NATO.

This last tactic is crucial. As researchers at the Marshall Center note, Russian propaganda consistently seeks to “blame an Anglo-American cabal for global tensions,” conveniently exonerating Moscow.

Enter Susan Kokinda and Promethean PAC.

Lyndon LaRouche: “The American Lenin”

To understand the organization that became Promethean PAC, we must look at the founder. Lyndon H. LaRouche Jr. (1922–2019) began his political career in 1948 by joining the Trotskyist Socialist Workers Party—literally calling himself “the American Lenin.” He spent the 1950s and 1960s as an active Marxist, teaching college classes under the alias “Lyn Marcus” and participating in radical Students for a Democratic Society organizing.

In 1968, LaRouche founded the National Caucus of Labor Committees (NCLC), which operated as a Marxist cadre organization. During this period, LaRouche claimed his NCLC was coordinating with “allied Communist forces within the world’s Marxist labor movement.”

LaRouche wasn’t just a Marxist theorist—he had direct contact with Soviet officials. In 1974-75, he met with Soviet UN representatives, proposing to fold the Communist Party USA into his organization. A 1983 French intelligence memo (later leaked) warned top officials about “possible ties between the LaRouche network and Moscow.” French intelligence took it seriously enough to circulate a confidential alert within the cabinet.

Even stranger: LaRouche’s followers somehow obtained that secret French memo and published it in a newspaper ad—simultaneously bragging about it and raising questions about how they accessed classified foreign intelligence documents.

Throughout the 1980s, despite superficially anti-communist rhetoric, LaRouche’s publications consistently took positions “favorable to the Soviet Union,” according to a Heritage Foundation analysis. When Poland’s Solidarity movement challenged communism—backed by the West and opposed by Moscow—LaRouche’s New Solidarity newspaper blamed Britain for Poland’s turmoil, echoing Soviet narratives that Solidarity was a Western (British) PSYOP wrecking Poland.

LaRouche also visited Russia in 1994, lecturing at the Duma (Russian parliament) and the Russian Academy of Sciences. His ideas found audiences among Russian Communist Party (KPRF) members and ultra-nationalists. LaRouche and his network often wrote favorably about Vladimir Putin once Putin rose to power.

The Heritage Foundation concluded: “Ultimately the publications and rhetoric of the LaRouche network end up with positions that are favorable to the Soviet Union… their efforts in the long run can only serve to further Soviet propaganda aims within a sector of the population that Moscow could never reach directly.”

Susan Kokinda: A 55-Year Cadre Member

Susan Kokinda joined LaRouche’s NCLC in August 1971—according to her own biography, the day after Nixon ended the gold standard. She told me in an email that she was a young political science and history graduate.

Consider the implications: A woman with a fresh political science and history degree joins an explicitly Marxist organization that was actively teaching Marxist political science and economics. This wasn’t accidental—this was ideological conviction.

When asked what attracted her to an explicitly Marxist organization, Kokinda responded, “I was attracted to Lyndon LaRouche’s commitment to scientific and technological progress and physical production. By the mid-1970s, our organization discovered and embraced the American System of Political Economy—the largely unknown body of economics which addressed the societal problems we were grappling with.”

Her to-be husband Ronald Kokinda (they likely met through the movement) joined around the same time. His Ballotpedia profile explicitly states he “has been affiliated with the LaRouche Political Action Committee” since 1971.

For over fifty years, Susan Kokinda has remained inside this network. By the late 1970s, she was testifying to Congress on behalf of LaRouche orgs. She served as LaRouche’s Washington, D.C. representative and Capitol Hill liaison. She has never left.

The 1973 Narrative Shift: Communism Becomes a “British Psy-Op”

In 1973, LaRouche launched “Operation Mop-Up”—violent physical attacks (reportedly with lead pipes and clubs) against Communist Party USA members—and simultaneously began pushing a bizarre conspiracy theory: that the British Empire, not Soviet Russia, was the true puppet-master behind anti-American world events.

This narrative claimed communism itself was a “British intelligence psy-op” designed to undermine nations. Karl Marx was allegedly a tool of London bankers, and North Korea was formed by the CIA (despite the fact that it became communist before the CIA was established).

These claims tend to be based solely on LaRouchites’ claims of their own authority. Kokinda frequently supports her claims by saying something like, “I’ve been researching these networks for 50 years.” However, no historians, no intelligence agencies, no academic research supports the idea that British intelligence invented communism. The Bolshevik Revolution, the Cold War, Soviet expansion—all are well documented as genuinely Soviet/Russian initiatives.

In fact, this denial of the true nature of communism, the tremendous toll of human suffering, the culpability of Russia and China, and hundreds of millions of murders it is responsible for (including Chinese forced abortions)—is akin to Holocaust denial and should be treated as such.

But consider who benefits from this narrative: If communism is all the fault of England and the CIA, then Russia is exonerated or overlooked. Soviet atrocities become British schemes. Russian aggression becomes British manipulation.

This is how Russian propaganda works—deflecting blame onto Western nations while laundering Moscow’s culpability.

Kokinda has promoted these narratives for decades. She recently claimed on a podcast that “Russiagate was a British intelligence operation.” Her co-host recently claimed that the MAGA black pilling operation is a “British intelligence operation at the highest levels” that “played” Mike Flynn, Steve Bannon, and Alex Jones. They insist Flynn has honest intentions. Of course, all three of these figures have deep and longstanding ties with Russian intelligence, not British.

When asked if she could point to any peer-reviewed studies or credible analysis that supports her claim that British intelligence created or controlled international communism, Kokinda responded, “First, as to the relative animosity of Russia and Britain toward Donald Trump, the Russians did not run Russiagate. Britain did.”

I have studied and reported on Russiagate extensively, and her claim that Britain “ran” Russiagate is factually deficient. It was the FBI, CIA, and DIA with a bit of help from Five Eyes that ran Russiagate. She provided no evidence to support her claim that it was a British op.

Instead, she continued, “As to the British role in creating communism, I recommend the extensively-sourced book by Richard Poe, ‘How the British Created Communism and Blamed it on the Jews.’ If by ‘peer-reviewed’ you mean acceptable to NATO, the neocons, and the foreign policy establishment, I probably have nothing for you.”

Documented Russian Media Connections

The LaRouche network’s ties to Russian state media are well documented.

During the 2008 Russia-Georgia war, RT (Russia Today) interviewed both LaRouche aide Jeffrey Steinberg and Lyndon LaRouche himself. LaRouche dutifully argued that Georgia’s conflict with Russia was “probably a British-led operation with U.S. support”—exactly what the Kremlin wanted Western audiences to hear.

Helga Zepp-LaRouche (Lyndon’s widow) has appeared multiple times on Radio Sputnik, Russia’s state-run network, praising Russian and Chinese policies while condemning U.S. “imperialism” and NATO.

The Schiller Institute—a LaRouche-founded organization—has been identified by VoxUkraine/VoxCheck researchers as a platform through which LaRouchites and invited speakers “spread narratives that align with pro-Russian views” and “systematically justify Russian aggression.”

Ronald Kokinda is credited as an editor in Schiller Institute publications. Susan Kokinda is listed as a participant in Schiller Institute events, even in the last 10 years. The Kokindas are not distant observers—they are integral members of the LaRouche cadre.

The LaRouche/Promethean core doctrine has been remarkably stable since 1973:

• State-led “national development” (infrastructure, credit, industrial policy)

• Hostility to “British/Wall Street finance” (a classic LaRouche frame)

• Geopolitical alignment with Russia/China against the U.S.(“deep state”)–UK–NATO order

• Cross-ideological recruiting (left and right both welcome if they accept the frame)

The “Cult” Question

The LaRouche movement has long been described as a cult by numerous researchers. Members spend decades inside. Internal marriages are common. The organization demands total loyalty. Alternative information sources are dismissed as “enemy propaganda.” They have their own unique end times theories to which they alone hold the political solution.

In 2003, British student Jeremiah Duggan died under murky circumstances after attending a LaRouche-linked conference in Germany. He had reportedly discovered the organization’s extremist nature and tried to flee. His suspicious death was hastily ruled a suicide by German authorities, but a British coroner said the body exhibited indications that he was likely beaten to death.

Jeremiah called his mother at about 4:30am to say he was “in trouble” before the call was disconnected. The British coroner told the media at the time that Jeremiah’s revelations that he was a British Jew during a LaRouche conference “may have put him at risk from members of the organization.”

One former LaRouchite, Yves Messer, told British media the group is “anti-British to the extreme and sickly paranoid.”

Susan Kokinda has spent 55 years inside this environment—entering as a young woman and never leaving.

LaRouche History of Antisemitism

For decades, the LaRouche movement—spanning organizations such as the National Caucus of Labor Committees (NCLC), the U.S. Labor Party, and later LaRouchePAC—has faced persistent allegations of antisemitism from civil-rights organizations, journalists, scholars, and courts. The Anti-Defamation League repeatedly characterized Lyndon LaRouche as an antisemitic conspiracy theorist, citing movement publications that blamed Jewish individuals and organizations for international drug trafficking, financial manipulation, and political subversion.

A detailed report by the Heritage Foundation documented LaRouche’s endorsement of Protocols of the Elders of Zion-style narratives, including his claim that the text contained a “kernel of truth.” LaRouche outlets also attacked Jewish civil-rights groups—most notably the ADL—using language such as “Zionist Gestapo,” and were accused of minimizing or reframing the Holocaust as a political “hoax.”

Courts have ruled that labeling the LaRouche movement “antisemitic” constitutes fair comment, finding that the group’s own publications reasonably give rise to that conclusion. While LaRouche organizations deny antisemitism and frame criticism as merely “anti-Zionist,” the record shows a long, well-documented pattern of allegations grounded in the movement’s own words and actions.

Promethean PAC: Same Network, New Name

In April 2024, LaRouche PAC rebranded as Promethean PAC. Their website explicitly states: “Promethean PAC was formerly LaRouche PAC.” The FEC registration (C00309567) dates to December 1995.

Same organization. Same people. Same ideology. New branding.

Kokinda, however, insists that “Promethean Action and Promethean PAC officially separated from the organizations affiliated with Helga Zepp-LaRouche, including the Schiller Institute, The LaRouche Organization, and Executive Intelligence Review, in early 2024. Our support for Donald Trump and the role of a strong and sovereign United States on the world stage were driving factors in that separation.”

Despite her claim, the namesake Kokinda and cohost Barbara Boyd chose for their rebranded org indicates strong ideological continuation with the Marxist LaRouche. Karl Marx wrote in his doctoral dissertation that Prometheus is “the most eminent saint and martyr in the philosophical calendar.” Marx quoted Prometheus’s declaration: “In simple words, I hate all gods.”

For Marx, Prometheus represented human self-consciousness as “the highest divinity”—rejecting all divine authority. Marx explicitly positioned philosophy as making “its own confession, its own aphorism against all heavenly and earthly gods.”

This is antithetical to Biblical Christianity. Prometheus stealing fire from the gods parallels the serpent’s temptation in Eden—”you shall be as gods.” To herald Prometheus is to celebrate rebellion against God.

The Promethean PAC logo, with its upward-thrusting imagery glorifying human power, echoes Soviet propaganda aesthetics that elevated mankind (represented by the state) above all other authorities.

For an organization positioning itself within conservative Republican politics, this Marxist theological symbolism should raise immediate red flags.

The Flynn Connection

On November 6, 2025, General Michael Flynn posted on X calling Susan Kokinda “the queen herself” and declaring: “You should be advising the WH and Congress should make you mandatory listening on a daily basis!”

Flynn has his own documented Russia connections—paid appearances on RT, the infamous dinner seated next to Putin, and his unprecedented meeting as DIA Director in Moscow’s GRU in 2013. Now he’s amplifying a 55-year LaRouche cadre member to his millions of followers.

The LaRouche network has documented ties to Alex Jones (who hosted LaRouche and his associates on InfoWars an astounding 49 times) and Roger Stone (who called LaRouche “a friend of mine, a good friend”). AP News reported that “Alex Jones, Roger Stone… see [LaRouche] as an elder statesman” of conspiracism, “toiling in the same dismal field.”

Alex Jones, in particular, has deep ties with Russia, as he has both appeared on and promoted Russian state-owned media numerous times.

Unsurprisingly, Steve Bannon has also promoted Promethean PAC, hosting Barbara Boyd of Promethean Action on Bannon’s War Room.

Infiltrating Michigan GOP

In February 2025, Susan Kokinda was elected Coalitions Vice Chair of the Michigan Republican Party. She did not work her way up through local GOP ranks—she spent “five decades” in the mostly Democrat LaRouche movement before suddenly appearing in party leadership.

I was a delegate at that convention. Many delegates witnessed how Kokinda’s election was orchestrated through coordination with the Kristina Karamo faction. The same collectivist voting block that elected Mike Flynn and Patrick Byrne puppet Bernadette Smith as MIGOP co-chair dutifully elected Kokinda.

Susan Kokinda has over 50 years of professional political organizing experience—and most of that not for Republicans. She was trained in Marxist cadre organizations and has spent her entire adult life building movements. Those skills transferred directly to infiltrating MIGOP.

Now a 55-year Marxist cadre member holds an official position in Michigan Republican Party leadership, helping shape coalition strategy and grassroots outreach.

The Deflection Pattern

Watch what Promethean PAC does when other Russia-aligned figures face scrutiny for their propaganda: they claim “British intelligence” is responsible.

When Flynn, Jones, or Bannon face criticism, Promethean Action publishes defenses claiming they’ve been “played” by British intelligence operations “at the highest levels.” Their pamphlet “A Police Dossier: It is the British Who Murder Our Presidents” exemplifies this deflection—blame Britain for everything, which deepens confusion and protects the guilty.

The absurdity of Barbara Boyd’s claims in the above video goes well beyond her accusation that 33 year intelligence veteran Flynn was simply “played” by undisclosed British intelligence operatives. In the case of this black pilling operation, it’s clear that many of the leaders of this influence operation do have ties to Russia - Tucker Carlson, Flynn, Alex Jones, Jackson Hinkle, Caleb Maupin, Nick Fuentes and so many more are frequently promoted by RT and Sputnik.

When Dan Bongino recently announced he would speak out against “black pilling” operations targeting MAGA, Promethean rushed to position this as a “British intelligence operation”—conveniently deflecting from the far more documented Russian influence on these same networks.

This is not coincidence. This is the same narrative LaRouche has pushed since 1973—the narrative that conveniently serves Russian intelligence objectives by redirecting scrutiny away from Moscow and onto America’s closest ally.

The Addictive Distraction

The LaRouche/Promethean model follows a pattern: there’s always “something big” about to happen. British intelligence is always about to be exposed. for over 50 years now, the “evil empire” has faced imminent destruction. The truth is always just around the corner.

This creates an addictive information loop that keeps followers engaged while distracting from the actual, documented, historically verified communist conspiracy—one with genuine ties to Russian, Chinese, and compromised domestic actors.

Notice how Promethean content rarely discusses Russia critically. China gets occasional criticism, but it’s almost always framed as “working with” rather than against. Meanwhile, every problem—from the Federal Reserve to drug cartels to assassinations—traces back to London.

This selective blame pattern is itself evidence of ongoing Russian ties. A genuine anti-globalist organization would criticize all foreign interference based on verifiable evidence and historical fact. An organization serving Russian interests would deflect exclusively from Russia while attacking Russia’s historical rivals.

The LaRouche network also maintains ties to pro-Russian communist groups. In 2023, investigators traced connections between LaRouche-associated figures and the Party of Communists USA (PCUSA)—a tiny Marxist group aligned with Russian positions—supporting pro-Russia candidates. The old “communist” enemies and LaRouche followers found common ground: both support Putin’s Russia.

What This Means for Conservatives

The communist infiltration threat is real—but it’s not coming only from the obvious left. These operatives have learned to speak our language, invoke our heroes (Trump, Reagan, the Founders), and channel our legitimate grievances while steering us away from the actual foreign threat and toward manufactured conflicts with allies.

The goal isn’t to make you a communist. The goal is to make you an unwitting amplifier for narratives that serve Russian strategic interests—chaos in American politics, division within the GOP, hostility toward NATO, and blindness to actual Russian influence operations.

And it’s highly effective. Even President Trump has shared a Promethean video that lavished praise on Trump. The praise of Trump helps them not only with the White House, but with you and me. It’s very effective at causing a Trump-supportive audience to believe they are on our side.

Conclusion: We’ve Been Played

The evidence is clear:

• Susan Kokinda joined an explicitly Marxist organization in 1971 with a political science and history degree—signaling ideological commitment to Marxism.

• The organization had documented contacts with Soviet officials and consistently continues to take positions favorable to Moscow.

• The organization’s core narrative—”communism is a British PSYOP”—has zero historical support but perfectly serves Russian disinformation objectives.

• The network has many documented appearances on Russian state media (RT, Sputnik).

• The organization rebranded with explicitly Marxist symbolism (Prometheus) antithetical to Biblical Christianity and Republican conservatism.

Over the last two years, I’ve sacrificed a great deal to use my voice to speak unpopular truths about an insurgency within MAGA and state GOPs—one that threatens to burn the entire movement down. The operation is highly compartmentalized. Only those at the very top see the full picture. Many lower-level operatives are true believers who genuinely think they are helping to save the country. There are countless roles in this broad operation, which has targeted state and local Republican parties, churches, the Q-influencer movement, the health and freedom movement, the election integrity movement, J6 defendants, MAGA influencers, and nearly every state-level political campaign.

This is a battle for our hearts and minds—and it’s not simply right versus left. It’s more accurately described as the rational middle versus the extremes on both sides, along with the media ecosystems that thrive on division and the politicians and unelected bureaucrats who want to preserve their power and gravy trains.

It is war—a full-scale psychological war—and the battlefield is each one of us. We win with logic. They target people who believe discernment is intuitive or emotional. It isn’t. Discernment is a logical process. We win when we apply the science of logic to the evidence.

I’m going to skip around now to several of the key battlefields and show where we’re winning—and where we’re losing.

Patrick Byrne makes a stunning admission

It’s been several weeks since this happened, and I discussed it in my last podcast, but it’s too important to ignore: Patrick Byrne admitted he is an Obama-era CIA operative.

Before dismissing this as drug-fueled ranting—which it certainly resembles—let me explain why the admission is highly credible and deeply vindicating for my work.

It began in the early hours of December 8, when Byrne posted: “Stay tuned. I’ve gotten permission to release something. Let me prepare it.”

A few hours later, he appeared on Emerald Robinson’s show and proceeded to admit to several crimes while making a series of extraordinary statements. Here are the key points, followed by analysis:

• He described his relationship with the CIA as a “mother” relationship.

• “I became something called a Tier One intelligence asset, then in 2010/11 Obama elevated me to National Intelligence Asset.”

• “I was told I would be the ‘ace in the hole’ for all the real tough situations.”

• He said he worked for Brennan for four to five years prior, starting in 2006.

• He admitted helping set up the Russian hoax against Trump.

• He admitted lying about it: “I was fib-fibbing.”

• He made an implicit incitement to murder military officers:
  “I want to tell people in the military… ‘theoretically’ if you have officers who try to get you to take part in a color revolution, please kill them for us citizens. Just shoot them in the face.”

While the CIA admission is new, Byrne has long acknowledged working with “the government,” as I reported over a year ago. Stefanie Lambert also testified under oath in the Dominion v. Byrne case that Byrne was a “National Intelligence Asset.”

Notably, at the conclusion of that hearing, the judge took the highly unusual step of clearing the courtroom—except for Lambert—for “one unrelated matter.”

Flynn himself introduced Byrne on his podcast in November 2024 as someone the “national security state” asks to “do things on behalf of the U.S. government.”

Taken together, this strongly suggests Byrne’s admission is true. More importantly, the statement is against his own personal interest. Under Federal Rule of Evidence 804(b)(3), a statement against penal or pecuniary interest is deemed inherently credible:

“A statement that a reasonable person in the declarant’s position would have made only if they believed it to be true…”

If a court would likely treat Byrne’s admission as factual, so should we. And that raises serious questions:

• Were Flynn and Byrne knowingly working together while helping set up Russiagate in 2016?

• Did Flynn know Byrne’s role—and is that why they aligned?

• Was their December 18, 2020 operation a CIA-sanctioned action against Trump?

• Was the Masheen Fraud psyop CIA-directed?

• Was the CIA involved in infiltration of state and local GOPs via The America Project?

• Did the CIA direct Byrne to set up Tina Peters?

• If Byrne’s operations targeted Americans on U.S. soil, does this violate the Smith-Mundt Act and the CIA’s own mandate?

These questions barely scratch the surface. They raise legitimate concerns about CIA involvement in failed election-integrity lawsuits, bad candidates, destructive policies, and corrosive narratives.

This new information is deeply vindicating. My core thesis has always been that the insurgency I’ve documented is an intelligence operation involving both foreign and domestic actors.

Flynn and Alex Jones run scared: “skipped dinner, sleepless night”

Just weeks later, Alex Jones cryptically referenced an emergency so serious it left him depressed—and even Flynn “didn’t know what to do.”

What caused Jones to skip dinner? What triggered talk of a “political uprising” to purge “sleeper cells” from Trump’s administration?

According to Jones and Flynn, Trump’s own administration is coming after them.

Flynn says, “They’re coming after my family.” This strongly suggests possible action related to Col. Earl Matthews’ testimony that he witnessed Charlie Flynn delay the J6 National Guard deployment over “optics.” It raises questions about Michael Flynn’s Fifth Amendment plea and whether the brothers communicated beforehand. Charlie Flynn was promoted after J6 and abruptly retired days after Trump’s 2024 victory.

Jones claims: “They are literally wargaming, during the Trump administration, how to come after us.” “Us” clearly includes Flynn, Jones, and later Steve Bannon—yet more vindication.

Jones then argues they must use Flynn’s network to “decapitate” the so-called deep state within Trump’s administration—meaning those who want accountability for the Flynn network.

Then comes the meltdown: Jones admits Dan Bongino called him to say he’s coming after them.

Since then, I’ve seen more growth, engagement, and coordinated attacks in two weeks than in the previous year combined. Demand for answers about why Trump may be turning on Flynn is exploding.

Bongino confronts Gaetz—and the network panics

Confirmation followed immediately. Bongino publicly went after the “black pillers” and directly confronted Matt Gaetz.

Bongino’s little retort sent shockwaves throughout the Flynn network. Since then, they’ve cycled through frantic displays of loyalty to Trump, narratives designed to weaken him (“Where are the arrests?” “Israel First,” “Trump’s economy sucks”), and relentless attacks on Bongino and the FBI—proxy attacks on Bongino himself.

To be “black-pilled” is to embrace political nihilism. I’ve reported for years that nihilism is the network’s core objective: convince people that everything is corrupt—elections, courts, Congress, even Trump—so they disengage from voting and lose faith in peaceful political solutions.

I saw this two years ago with Kristina Karamo and the “burn it all down” crowd. A hopeless population is easier to radicalize—and easier to push toward violence.

I don’t know what Bongino will do when his show relaunches. I don’t know if he’ll name names. But it’s clear he’s striking at the heart of the narrative war—and the network is rattled.

The tide is turning.
