The Case Against Tulsi and the Mess She Left Behind
Debunking Gabbard's PSYOPs and how she left Trump with a three-way bind.
Over a year ago, Tulsi Gabbard told the country her office was hunting foreign interference in our voting machines, providing the Flynn network with a money soundbyte to advance their machine fraud claims. She walked out the door Friday without ever telling the public her own investigators found no evidence, and left President Trump to clean up a mess I’ve been warning about for six months.
As she departed, Reuters reported that the White House has been sitting for months on a finished ODNI report documenting real, fixable vulnerabilities in many states’ voting machines. The same report says plainly that those vulnerabilities have not resulted in any flipped votes. That single fact is the corner Gabbard painted Trump into, and it’s the heart of this story. But to understand how we got here, let’s first examine her background and the circumstances of her sudden departure.
The Surfboard and the Cult
It helps to know where Gabbard comes from.
She was born into, raised in, schooled by, and twice married within the Science of Identity Foundation, a secretive Hare Krishna offshoot sect led by guru Chris Butler that former members describe as a cult. The sect has extensive business ties to the QI Group, a Hong Kong-based multi-level marketing operation, some of the leaders of which are cozy with Chinese Communist Party members. The Wall Street Journal reported her campaign paid a PR firm to mask those connections.
She sat for a podcast with, and surfed with, Jackson Hinkle — the “MAGA communism” influencer who later cofounded the American Communist Party, posed with Hezbollah and Hamas figures, and now broadcasts from Moscow.
She also posted a video of herself singing the communist anthem “Imagine” with her husband and appears to have been a genuine believer.
Gabbard was a keynote speaker at the February 2023 “Rage Against The War Machine” rally that was loaded with influencers with deep ties to Moscow, including LaRouche representatives, Hinkle and representatives of Russian state-owned media outlets.
The Biolabs Declas Was Russian Propaganda
On June 12, Gabbard published some longstanding Russian propaganda under the ODNI banner that was a deliberate twisting of facts. The “U.S.-funded biolabs in Ukraine” narrative that Gabbard’s office promoted traces back to the Russian Ministry of Defense, laundered into American conservative media in early 2022 by an anonymous Q influencer account, currently called War Clandestine. The man behind that account, Jacob Creech, has publicly admitted the story originated with the Russian military and that he’s the one who made it go viral in the West.
The existence of these labs has been public knowledge since they were created in the early 1990s to counter Soviet-era bioweapons labs. Tulsi’s claim that the existence of these labs has been kept secret is objectively untrue. Tulsi’s “declas” was false and misleading on many more levels. Three of her four slides were never classified and contained long-public information about the existence of US-funded defensive biolabs in Ukraine. As Laura Loomer first revealed, information from those slides was also taken directly from a Russian propaganda slide deck that Creech has been reposting on social media for years.
The bigger lie is the insinuation that these labs were developing biological weapons. Gabbard relied heavily on terms like “dangerous pathogens” and “gain of function research” to promote the association, leading Flynn’s influencer network to amplify the notion that the U.S. was funding bioweapons labs rather than defensive research labs in Ukraine.
Putin and his intelligence services have been using that lie to justify its invasion of Ukraine since early 2022.
Both Tulsi and Robert Kennedy Jr. have been involved in amplifying the narratives for Putin since then. This video of RFK in mid 2023 is even more shocking now that we’ve seen these narratives do their work in promoting antisemitism and hatred of our own government within this country.
He said that “COVID-19 is targeted to attack Caucasians and black people. The people who are most immune are Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese… We do know that the Chinese are spending hundreds of millions of dollars developing ethnic bioweapons and we are developing ethnic bioweapons. That’s what all those labs in the Ukraine are about.”
The one slide that had been declassified was an overly redacted Presidential Daily Brief that actually said the opposite of what she claimed. She claimed it was warning the President about these labs. But if you read the document it is quite clear that the warning was not about the labs, but about Russian disinformation about the labs.
The tragedy of her release and this longstanding psychological operation is that it implicitly falsely accuses the United States of doing what Russia, China, and a handful of our other enemies have been doing: developing biological weapons that could potentially destroy humanity. The U.S. is far from perfect, but we are a defender of human life, unlike our enemies.
Trump Cut Her Loose 2 Weeks Early
After teasing further releases, including one about “CIA mind control,” which would have advanced the Russian intelligence objectives of causing Americans to distrust the CIA and our own government (even as she and the networks supporting her engage in mind control tactics), incoming acting DNI Bill Pulte reportedly told her on Tuesday “Today is your last day.”
Axios reported that she tried to negotiate with President Trump to stay on until her intended departure date of June 30 to no avail. By Thursday morning she was “pushed out.” At her last-minute sendoff neither Trump nor any members of Trump’s cabinet or inner circle were present or made comment.
Her parting shot was an emotionally manipulative video with a handful of “declassified” documents (that were almost entirely unclassified to begin with), which contained no new revelations or evidence of prosecutable crimes but was rabidly celebrated by pro-BRICS accounts on X.
Of course, RFK Jr. chimed in as well. The outcome in right wing X land is Tulsi is generally being seen as a hero who exposed the evils of our own government, even as she deflected attention away from China and Russia.
That’s the background. Now onto the mess she left behind.
What Reuters Confirmed Friday
White House officials have for months delayed the release of a U.S. government report that outlines significant vulnerabilities in the nation’s voting machines ahead of the November midterms. The report comes from Gabbard’s own ODNI, from a contractor her office hired over a year ago to investigate Dominion machines from Puerto Rico. It concludes the machines could be better safeguarded with specific software patches. Reuters reports, as I reported in April, that there is no evidence of foreign hacking or votes being flipped.
Why sit on it? According to the CEO of the company that produced the report, because it failed to support Kurt Olsen’s theory about Venezuela hacking our election systems and flipping votes. According to Reuters, some White House officials argued the report could undermine voter confidence, particularly among Republicans. Others said it does not go far enough in supporting Trump’s claims that the 2020 election was rigged. Every source Reuters spoke with said they were unaware of any evidence of vote manipulation in U.S. elections.
I reported on this ODNI report in February, written by a government contractor, Mojave Research, which studied machines seized from Puerto Rico and found no evidence the machines had been hacked.
The April 2025 Claim She Never Corrected
In a White House Cabinet meeting on April 10, 2025, Gabbard told the country her office had “evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time — and vulnerable to manipulation to manipulate the results being cast.” Weeks later her ODNI team, working with the FBI and U.S. Attorney for Puerto Rico Stephen Muldrow, seized Dominion tabulators in Puerto Rico under the banner of investigating Venezuelan interference. Flynn network influencers have played those soundbites on a continuous loop, suggesting it was “proof” that the machines steal elections.
The investigation she started back then with Muldrow found no Venezuelan code or backdoor, no manipulation, no flipped votes. Gabbard never went back to a microphone to tell the public the truth about that investigation. She let the implication stand for more than a year and until she was finally told to leave two weeks before planned.
I exclusively reported in February that Muldrow had been warned that the Venezuela story was false four months before they seized the machines. Michigan attorney Matt DePerno told Bigger Truth that in a January 22, 2025 phone call and Signal chat, Patrick Byrne-linked consultant Martin Rodil and attorney Stefanie Lambert tried to recruit DePerno to push Trump to expand the Puerto Rico probe to every swing state. DePerno warned Muldrow during that call and later in writing that he was “dealing with a fraudster.”
Three years earlier, at the direction of DePerno’s Antrim client, Bill Bailey, he paid Rodil to present his evidence for these claims. Rodil claimed in advance of the meeting to have millions of documents proving his case — a claim also repeated publicly by Flynn network podcaster Emerald Robinson. After Rodil was paid and began presenting his case, “the case clearly fell apart,” according to DePerno. When asked for the promised evidence, DePerno told Bigger Truth Rodil closed his laptop and ended the presentation. He never returned the significant presentation fee that had been paid in full.
DePerno warned Muldrow of his experience on his phone call and in writing, and Muldrow was unresponsive. That warning was on the record in January 2025 — four months before Gabbard’s office launched the investigation anyway.
Olsen Fired the Firm That Found the Truth
Mojave found genuine vulnerabilities and recommended fixes: more machine analysis, a task force to advise states on patches, funding to implement them, and a remediation timeline. As I reported in April, when the firm failed to find the Venezuelan ghost code Kurt Olsen was certain existed, Olsen didn’t accept the result.
According to an extensively sourced report by Reuters, Olsen accused Mojave of serving the deep state and secretly taking money from George Soros. Mojave called the Soros theory “patently absurd and ridiculous” and opened its books. Soros’ Open Society Foundations told Reuters they’d never heard of the firm. Olsen kept telling the team it was “clearly doing it wrong” when it failed to find suspicious code linked to Venezuela.
The contract was terminated in October 2025. Around the same time, Trump named Olsen Director of Election Security and Integrity — rewarding the man who got the contractor fired. Friday’s Reuters report confirms the consequence: Mojave’s coding-vulnerability findings led to a recommended emergency remediation plan that would force states to immediately update their software, and public reporting shows no indication that plan has been implemented.
And at this point, it may be too late to implement those safeguards before the November election.
The Corner Trump Is Now Standing In
The report remains unpublished. We only know highlights based on leaks. ODNI officials and outside experts advocated in meetings that the administration begin fixing the flaws late last year, in time to coordinate with the states before the midterms. One source told Reuters the work needed to start by May 2026 to finish before November. That window is closing or closed. The contractor is gone. Olsen, the man who fired them, has since been placed at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, where he's part of the 'grand conspiracy' probe (which indicates that Flynn’s roles in various alleged conspiracies against Trump will likely remain uninvestigated).
And Gabbard never corrected the April 2025 claim that continues to cause the public to believe the machines can flip endless votes.
That hands Trump and Pulte three bad options:
Tell the truth, that there is no evidence of vote flipping, risking a revolt from a base that has been told for five years the machines are rigged.
Quietly push the emergency patches and pretend the vulnerabilities were just discovered, when the record shows the administration was briefed months ago and sat on it.
Or say nothing, run out the clock, and let the Flynn network keep telling Republican voters a narrative that has been proven to suppress the Republican vote: it’s all rigged, so why bother voting.
If there’s another door in this room I don’t see it. Gabbard helped build the room, with Olsen’s help, and left.
The Pattern
This is not a one-off. It is the same machine every time. I posted on X this breakdown of her pattern that she has repeated since she became DNI:
She makes wild claims that are exaggerated partial truths or even fully unsupported by the documentation she drops.
The Flynn network and the rest of the woke right run with and even further exaggerate her exaggerated claims while they clamor for “arrests!”
And I provided an example from Friday of Flynn’s top lieutenant, Ivan “The Bolshevik” Raiklin calling for “Capital Punishment,” or the death penalty, for Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law.
This is particularly disturbing after the arrest of several radicalized woke right idiots who plotted to blow up Trump’s UFC event at the White House, apparently motivated by hatred of our government, Israel and AIPAC.
Run the list and ask: who benefited? Every time, the answer is Moscow’s engineered outcome — a demoralized United States, rapidly racing toward civil war.
The Ledger
Add up who got what.
Russia got an American DNI who spent a year converting Kremlin narratives into “declassified intelligence” with a federal seal on them. The outcome is a far more divided Republican party.
The Flynn network got a year of soundbites insinuating foreign interference in the machines, and the buried findings that would have debunked them.
Republican voters got told the machines were rigged and never told the truth that they weren’t.
Democrats got a deeply fractured and disenfranchised opposing party.
Trump got painted into a corner: come clean and contradict his own statements, fake a sudden discovery, or stay silent while his own base is talked out of voting.
And Gabbard got out — free to go back to surfing with her communist friends as she appears to be preparing to run for President in 2028 with Roger Stone’s help.
The good news is that she’s gone from government. The problem she left behind is not.
