The Intelligence Community circles its wagons around Flynn
They simply can't let the truth about Crossfire Hurricane come out. And the timing with the launch of Elon's "America Party" - can it be coincidental?
Flynn and his network are staging another Intelligence Community (IC) disinformation campaign, weaponizing contrived outrage over a recent CIA report to deflect attention from Flynn's central role in sparking the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. The IC is openly participating in this psyop, aiming to redirect MAGA supporters' anger toward Trump's team and the Republican party and to influence Trump's selection of Flynn as National Security Advisor or CIA Director. Does all this fit in with Elon Musk’s new political party aimed at siphoning Trump voters away from the GOP? Let’s dig in.
The CIA report released last week under Director Ratcliffe didn't initially receive much attention until Rick Crawford, Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), published an open letter to President Trump, saying that Ratcliffe’s review “fails to disclose critical information, offers misleading judgments, and protects the deep state.”
John Solomon of Just The News, involved in recent psyops alongside Kash Patel alleging CCP involvement in 2020 election fraud, provided Crawford a platform to provide more incendiary criticism. Crawford told Solomon, “It was abysmal that they would put out a memo with half‑truths, inaccuracies, and blatant omissions about the full extent of the Russia hoax and the deep state’s role.”
While I agree with the words of Crawford’s statements, I distrust that Crawford or anyone else in congress or within the IC intends to fully expose the Russia hoax or deep state operations. Doing so would extend them beyond their favored narrative—“all the bad guys are on the left”—and reveal their own role in using Flynn, Kash, Bongino, and "independent" conservative media to promote weaponized narratives against Trump and MAGA.
Solomon buried the critical context in paragraph 22 of his lengthy report on Crawford’s letter: “it is one thing for a Republican-appointed CIA director or a Republican intelligence committee chairman to say a process was corrupted, but it’s another — and more powerful — thing if career intelligence officials are forced to admit it, as happened with the CIA’s lessons learned memo.”

The retired 3 star deep state general ignored this context and took to X with all the outrage he could muster, demanding President trump “immediately” fire Ratcliffe:
This was just one in a long series of posts and commentary from Flynn this week related to Crossfire Hurricane. In addition to demanding the firing of Ratcliffe, he has also brought back an old story about an effort to parachute Paul Ryan in the 2016 RNC convention to replace Trump, and Benny’s choice of words was no accident: “General Mike Flynn exposes how Mike Pence and Paul Ryan were heavily involved in a cabal to take down President Trump from inside the Republican party.”
As I reported exclusively last year, this is exactly what Flynn tried to do in 2024 had Trump been assassinated 2 days before the convention. Even moreso, this is a fascinating twist of the exact language I’ve used throughout the last 18 months to describe Flynn, as my readers can attest.
And this one exchange proves pretty much my entire thesis:
Flynn sycophant Lara Logan chimed in, completely revising history to claim that Pence was involved in a conspiracy to “take down General Flynn. In Logan’s world, Flynn’s firing was Pence’s fault and had nothing at all to do with Flynn’s lies to Pence or the FBI, his omission of the FBI investigations into him until after Trump had selected Flynn for NatSec, or his embarrassing failure to let the President know that Putin had called to speak with him until many days later, when they were meeting with the British Prime Minister.
Flynn was fired because he lied, and his lies were just a small part of a broader insurgent pattern in Trump’s 2016 and subsequent administration, where Flynn deliberately created all kinds of dirt for the left to smear Trump with. Trump said his much in 2017:

The Steele Dossier as a tradecraft tool: Perception Management
The Steele Dossier was a fraudulent intelligence report that was paid for in part by the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and wrongfully propped up for political purposes by the FBI. The FBI playing politics is a mark of shame on American history. Instead of demanding accountability that, unfortunately, won’t likely occur because of plausible deniability and statute of limitations, we should examine how the IC is still using the Steele Dossier to conceal the role of Flynn, Carter Page, and their other partners on the right in the Russiagate operations.
Contrary to the repeated claims by Kash Patel, Devin Nunes, Dan Bongino, Chuck Grassley, and John Solomon, the Steele Dossier wasn't the trigger for Crossfire Hurricane. In fact, Crossfire Hurricane officially launched before the FBI even received the Dossier.
Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe admitted to Congress that Flynn's attendance at the December 2015 RT Gala alongside Putin initiated the preliminary FBI inquiry:
Further, contrary to the Nunes Memo, which was itself a piece of weaponized propaganda, the Steele Dossier was not the sole predicate for the FISA warrant on Carter Page. In fact, it is conceivable that the warrant could have been granted even without the inclusion of the Dossier, given his well documented loose lips with Russian spies in 2013, his 2016 trip to Russia, and his relationship with another Russian spy, Victor Podobnyy.
But the Nunes Memo claim that the Steele Dossier was the sole predicate for Crossfire Hurricane and the FISA warrant on Carter Page, which was allegedly used to spy on his entire orbit, including candidate Trump, continues to be official doctrine of the right - just as the Schiff Memo continues to define the beliefs of the left.
Broken Declass Promises
Why did Kash Patel promise Maria Bartiromo months ago to fulfill Trump's executive order to declassify Crossfire Hurricane documentation, only to deliver a set of Nellie Ohr documents with no new revelations?
None of the documents released thus far address Crossfire Razor, the FBI’s codename for Flynn. Notably absent is any explanation of why the FBI neglected to interview the DIA, which briefed Flynn before and after the RT Gala, a glaring omission that appears deliberate.
Another critical document that remains heavily redacted is a letter from the DIA/DoD sent to Reps. Jason Chaffetz and Elijah Cummings in April 2017. The letter was sent to the congressmen in response to their request for information about Flynn’s foreign connections. The entire letter is below, and the redactions are most jarring.
Look especially at the entire redacted sections on pages 2 and 3, corresponding to information related to Flynn’s connections with foreign intelligence.
And the list of supporting documents? They have never been declassified. None of it. The final page of the above document should be the litmus test for the completeness of any Crossfire Hurricane declass efforts, but it is being widely ignored.
Pouring gasoline on the fire
Flynn heightened suspicion intentionally. When Shane Harris and Nancy Youssef of the Daily Beast asked Flynn in early 2016 if he was dining with Putin on Trump's direction and behalf, Flynn abruptly ended the conversation, angrily obfuscating and hanging up on Harris (source: The Daily Beast).
Flynn, with 33 years of military intelligence experience, fully understood the impact of his reaction. Flynn's angry but likely calculated response poured gasoline on the fire.
Similarly, Flynn responded confrontationally when Michael Isikoff of Yahoo News later asked about payments related to the RT Gala. Flynn, who had been paid over $45,000 by Russian-linked organizations, reacted angrily and defensively, intensifying suspicions and drawing scrutiny to Trump's campaign (source: Wikisource).
Further complicating matters, Flynn accepted over $500,000 from Turkey to spy on and assist in extraditing a U.S. resident without disclosing it promptly. He concealed this information from Trump's team until after his appointment as National Security Advisor, causing further problems for Trump before he was even sworn in.
Flynn's subsequent lies to Vice President Pence and the FBI provided Trump ample justification to dismiss him after just three weeks.
Elon’s “America Party:” coincidental timing?
Elon Musk threw X into a state of chaos when he announced his intention to form a third party on July 4, in retaliation for Trump’s signing of the One Big Beautiful Bill. The bill, which will reportedly cut some of the subsidies that have contributed nearly $38B to Musk’s net worth, also is the fulfillment in one bill of most of Trump’s campaign promises.
Most noteworthy, it will seal the border, finish the wall, and bolster ICE to help accelerate deportation of those who have come here illegally. Additionally, it defunds and ends USAID, which has reportedly provided substantial financial support to the Democrat political machinery.
Without USAID and the loss of millions of illegal immigrant voters, coupled with the fulfillment of Trump’s middle class tax cuts that will put an estimated $10K back in middle class families’ accounts next year, the Dems are facing a major setback.
The nature of Musk’s operations over the last year, where he worked very hard to win over the hearts and minds of MAGA only to turn against Trump and the GOP with a new party that is clearly intended to siphon only Republican voters, mirrors Flynn’s operations since he “became” a Republican in 2021.
In fact, just in the last few weeks, Flynn’s operatives in Florida launched an “America First” party.
After years of sowing dissent against Trump and the GOP, as I have repeatedly documented on this substack, Flynn voiced support for Elon’s new 3rd party venture:
While it remains to be seen whether Musk’s third party effort will be anything but an Island of Misfit Toys, attracting only rejects like Mike Pence and Mark Cuban, or if he will bring in Flynn to run as the America Party candidate in 2028. I’ll be watching this closely.
What is clear now is that Flynn has been protected at every step. Inspector General Horowitz nearly entirely overlooked his role in Crossfire Hurricane. The judge in his criminal case made the unprecedented move of dismissing his case after he had already pled guilty. Kash Patel’s book revises all of Flynn’s 2016 misdeeds against Trump clear out of his version of history, while painting him lavishly as a victim hero. The J6 Commission offered no pushback when he pled the 5th throughout his deposition and he was never charged with seditious conspiracy, unlike several of his immediate underlings. He was openly running a contingency campaign for President in 2024 “in case something happened to Trump” and yet no major media on the right or left has brought any attention to that damning fact.
Despite Flynn’s orchestrated outrage over Crossfire Hurricane, conservative influencers and the mainstream media alike conveniently omit Flynn’s central role in creating the narrative weaponized by the left against Trump.
The deep state IC has been protecting Flynn all along, and their desperate recent attempts to circle the wagons around him are revealing. If Trump and MAGA truly understood what the IC and Flynn have done to us, it's not only Flynn who'd be threatened but the IC itself. When we recognize how narratives are weaponized on the battlefield of our hearts and minds, we could become a uniting force, halting our division and finally enabling us to dismantle the globalist, communist deep state.
there's no way that the POTUS can be in the dark about all this. he either knows, and is playing "5D chess", or he is in on it. those are the only options i can see. maybe someone has another view that i haven't considered yet, if so, i'm all ears.
