The Michigan AG Race: Don't Hand Democrats Another Win
The tide is turning against the psyops that have wrecked state GOPs across the country. But none of that matters if Michigan delegates put a fatally flawed candidate on the statewide ballot for AG.
After two years of engaging heavily in the psychological warfare insurgency within state GOPs, churches, social media, and a multitude of causes, I'm finally seeing real signs that the tide has turned. Dan Bongino's return to the influencer space has been triumphant — he's called out Steve Bannon, Mike Flynn, and several other woke right/Flynn-aligned influencers. He's already built an effective counterinsurgency to combat the steady stream of PSYOPs and active measures from the Flynn network and others aligned with Russian and Chinese interests, including Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Alex Jones, Nick Fuentes and many others.

The most consequential revelation from the Epstein Files is that Epstein was extremely close with both high-level Russian and Middle Eastern operatives and with Steve Bannon. The text messages prove they were actively plotting together against Trump as Epstein helped Bannon launch his podcast.
This should cause GOP delegates everywhere to do some serious soul searching. Bannon was at the center of the Precinct Strategy — Flynn and Jack Posobiec also played pivotal roles — and that strategy is why many of us first got involved. Knowing it was a deliberate psychological operation should cause all of us to humble ourselves and examine not just our motives, but what our role really is.
In practice, as I’ve been showing for two years, the objective has been to drain the party of its talent and treasure, ignite vicious infighting, and cause Democrats to win elections. In Michigan, groyper anarcho-libertarian Shane Trejo publicly bragged about causing Mike Rogers to lose his 2024 Senate bid. The result? Radical Democrat Alyssa Slotkin now represents us.
President Trump showed us in his recent State of the Union address what this Democrat representation looks like:
The moral: our number one goal as Republicans is to WIN IN NOVEMBER. President Trump illustrated this with the genius only he is capable of at the State of the Union. If you’ve been tempted to buy into anti-Republican narratives labeling Trump-endorsed candidates as “RINOs,” ask yourself — ask the candidate himself — if he would have stood with the Republicans or kept his butt in the chair.
Which brings me to one of the races that concerns me most heading into the MIGOP endorsement convention: Attorney General.
Michigan Delegates: a Warning
Steve Bannon’s partner in promoting the Precinct Strategy, Mike Flynn—and his network of influencers—are endorsing candidates across the country who could never win a general election. Trump endorses winners, and I have yet to see Flynn support a Trump nominee in this cycle.
For example, in the recent Texas gubernatorial primary, if you followed the Flynn network you would have thought their own Doc Chambers would be neck and neck with incumbent (and Trump-endorsed) Gov. Greg Abbott. Ann Vandersteel said on primary election day that it was “runoff close.”
But he lost by 70 points:
It’s been proven time and again: voters despise the radical candidates put forward by the Flynn network, despite the network’s consistent claims to represent “We the People.”
In Michigan, we have a terrible process of nominating the statewide candidates for Attorney General (AG) and Secretary of State (SoS) that bypasses the primary election and enables a relative handful of delegates to choose the nominee at convention.
And the Flynn network has deployed significant resources to weigh in on these races.
MIGOP delegates have an opportunity to select a nominee who will either help boost the whole GOP ticket and help us take back the leadership of our state for Republican sanity or we will choose someone with a closet full of skeletons who will harm the entire ticket.
And knowing what Democrats have done in the last 8 years to our schools, putting our children in the bottom 10 of all states nationally for reading and math skills, this is an existential issue for this state: will we turn around the sinking ship or will be become the next Minnesota or California?
The Case for Doug Lloyd
Doug Lloyd has been a prosecutor since 1996 — 30 years doing the exact work the Attorney General oversees at a statewide level.
He started in Jackson County, where he became Chief Trial Attorney of the Drug and Arson Unit and successfully prosecuted murders, extortion, and criminal sexual conduct cases. In 2000 he moved to Eaton County, working his way through the drug unit, Economic Crimes Unit, and Chief Assistant Prosecutor before being elected Prosecutor in 2013. He’s won four county-wide elections.
As Eaton County Prosecutor, Lloyd manages 10 attorneys and 15 staff, handling roughly 6,000 cases per year on a $1 million budget. He helped change Michigan’s parole hearings from every year to every five years — a major win for victims’ families. He prosecuted the notorious “Jack in the Box killer.” He served as President of the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan in 2021–22.
His endorsement list is staggering — and it doubles as a built-in statewide campaign infrastructure:
62+ County Prosecutors across Michigan
30+ Sheriffs
Police Officers Association of Michigan (POAM)
Dozens of retired judges, prosecutors, and sheriffs
Current and former Michigan House Judiciary Committee Chairs
Macomb County Prosecutor Pete Lucido — critical in the state’s most important swing county
The Case Against Kevin Kijewski
Now let’s talk about what delegates aren’t being told about Kevin Kijewski.
He Has Never Prosecuted a Case
Kijewski got his law degree from MSU in 2010. But instead of practicing law, he spent the next decade running Catholic schools — in Philadelphia (2013–15), Denver (2015–17), and Detroit (2017–21). He couldn’t have practiced law in Pennsylvania or Colorado because he didn’t hold a license in those states. His law license entity, KDK Legal PLLC, went inactive in 2016 after he let it expire.
His actual legal practice appears to have started around 2021, focused primarily on divorce and family law — not criminal prosecution.
The scoreboard: Lloyd 30 years, Kijewski 0.
The Attorney General is Michigan’s chief law enforcement officer. Should that person be someone who has never prosecuted a single criminal case?
He’s Overstated His Credentials
Kijewski’s website says he “made national headlines as the lead attorney defending President Trump’s alternate electors.” That’s misleading. He was one of 16 individual lawyers, each representing their own client — not the lead attorney for the group. Other attorneys involved have reportedly objected to this characterization.
And here’s the kicker: David Kallman, an attorney who represented another alternate elector in the same courtroom as Kijewski, endorsed Doug Lloyd. If Kijewski were the hero of that case, the lawyer standing next to him would back him. Instead, he’s backing Lloyd.
Kijewski’s campaign website provides almost no detail about his background. For a candidate seeking the state’s most powerful legal office, that lack of transparency is a red flag.
Domestic Violence Allegations
According to MIRS News and The Detroit News, Kijewski’s then-wife accused him of spousal abuse in 2020. Wayne County charged him with domestic violence assault and battery.
The key facts:
Grosse Pointe police responded and observed injuries on his then-wife, who claimed to have found a “coupon book” offering sexual favors for Kijewski from another woman.
Medical staff at Urgent Care documented bruises, abrasions, and swelling
She wrote a seven-page statement alleging “mental and emotional abuse” and describing alleged assaults in Philadelphia (2014) and Denver (2017)
Charges were dismissed after the prosecutor cited “issues” preventing proof beyond a reasonable doubt
Within days, Kijewski obtained a court order to destroy his fingerprints
Her brother described the relationship as “tumultuous” and called Kijewski a “shady son of a bitch”
Charges were dismissed without prejudice — but Kijewski says it was “fully resolved.” Here’s what matters for delegates: this is a general election grenade. Democratic operatives and Michigan media will run with it relentlessly. About 40% of Michigan voters are independents who will not look past domestic violence allegations against an AG candidate. Nominating Kijewski hands Democrats a weapon against the entire Republican ticket.
He Won’t Debate. He Won’t Even Show Up.
Kijewski announced he will not debate Doug Lloyd. He was a no-show at Kent County candidate debate and Q & A — one of the largest GOP gatherings since Mackinac. At a similar large debate event in Oakland County he walked in, shook a few hands, and left before all the other candidates for AG and SoS took the stage.
A candidate who won’t face questions from fellow Republicans cannot face a Democrat in November.
Alliance with NeverTrumper Charlie Spies
One of Kijewski’s selling points is a Republican Attorney General’s Association (RAGA) event that he was invited to. Kijewski is represented by the law firm Dickinson Wright, and RAGA is also represented by Charlie Spies, a partner at that same firm. It has been alleged that Spies arranged for Kijewski’s invitation to that event.
Spies has a long and consistent pattern of public Trump hatred. Trump himself posted this about Spies on Truth Social in 2024:
In what appears to be a grave conflict of interest, Dickinson Wright also represents MIGOP, and just issued an opinion establishing the right of the MIGOP Chair to form an ad hoc committee to audit and presumably affect the outcome of the convention election for Dickinson Wright’s other client, Kijewski.
Nominated By a LaRouchite
In my view, Kijewski sealed the case against him by selecting Susan Kokinda to nominate him at convention. As I reported in depth last month, Kokinda joined Lyndon LaRouche in 1971, who publicly referred to himself at that time as the “American Lenin,” a Trotskyist-Leninist who taught communist college classes under the name “Len Marcus.” And she never left LaRouche. She has a 55 year track record of supporting Soviet and then Russian/CCP propaganda that continues to this day.
She now claims she is running a “new Trump movement,” supported by the Flynn network, that appears to be supportive of Trump but is based on the same antisemitic and pro-Russia narratives she and LaRouche started pushing in 1973 when he was in active contact with Soviets. These narratives claim the Jewish British bankers are the cause of all evil in the world, deflecting from and at times even promoting the Russian/CCP aim of a multipolar world order marked by a weakened United States.
Kokinda’s subversive narratives have been on full display during the current Iran conflict, as she claims that what Trump is really doing in Iran is working with Russia and China to dismantle the British banking system that covertly runs the whole world.
Kokinda’s longtime LaRouche colleague and former CD-11 congressional candidate Michael Steger dropped out from the race after I and others exposed his decade+ public advocacy of the Chinese Communist Party Belt and Road Initiative.
The Bottom Line
We’re hiring for the most important law enforcement job in Michigan, and there’s no primary election safety net. Our choice goes straight to the general election ballot.
Doug Lloyd has 30 years of prosecution experience, the endorsement of nearly every county prosecutor in the state, a clean record, and he knows how to win elections. Kevin Kijewski has never prosecuted a case, has never run for public office, has overstated his credentials, carries baggage that will be weaponized in November, and won’t even debate.
Remember the moral: our number one goal is to WIN. Doug Lloyd wins this race. Kijewski loses it — and potentially drags the rest of the ticket down with him.
Support Doug Lloyd at the endorsement convention.
Convention Tool
I’ve created the below dossier to share the facts and logic behind the case for Doug Lloyd for AG. Share this with any delegates you know.

NOTE: Kijewski has preemptively blocked me on social media, so I have been unable to contact him to ask for comment on this story. I have never met Doug Lloyd and have not been asked or compensated by him or his campaign to issue this report in any way. My interest is purely in winning in November and taking back this state from the Democrats.
I extend an open invitation to Kijewski to come on my show to discuss the claims in this report.
