(of course the "motor voter" thing is totally whack anyway and i believe most of the bogus registrations of non-citizens originate there but that's not the point). what i'm getting at is this: non-citizens can already get drivers licenses. there is no need for a foreign govt to engage in an elaborate scheme to assemble information from tiktok in order to create fraudulent Dl's just to gain 20K votes for biden. it's just not adding up.
