I just found an Ivan Raiklin X space where he put forward a plan just hours after Trump was shot calling for national delegates to put forward some form of binding resolution to force Republican legislators in Georgia, Wisconsin and Arizona to immediately force a contingent election in the US House to immediately make Trump President again.
