With Luis Ruiz on the ground in downtown Los Angeles, we got a valuable ground-level perspective of the events of night five of these antifa-led riots.
Luis did stay safe, although at times we all had serious concern. He was clearly marked by several antifa operatives over the course of the night and he found himself adjacent to a pre-planned, armed maneuver by antifa against police.
