Truth prevails: I was completely honest in my filing. This was a political hit job, showing coordination between Democrat lawfare and the Flynn network.
Its good to see the bizarre charges against you were dropped. Lawfare is a nasty and toxic plague in our legal and political systems, and must be stopped. On the topic of sexual predators and transgenders, nothing could be more proven than the findings fully understood in the biological sciences. Its ideological misfits masquerading as scientists that have taken over much of the academies, and are destroying the foundations of biological sex differences. https://crev.info/2018/12/biological-fact-men-women-different/. And once the proven notion of basic biology is bastardized, children's physical & mental health are placed in serious jeopardy by ideological misfits, with pseudo-scientists and medical quacks willing to profit from sexual mutilations of these precious children. This is an evil phenomena that has to be stopped, as this article makes clear: https://www.theamericanconservative.com/the-insanity-of-transgenderism/. As for the quacks in the psychological profession who perpetrate these horrors, there are at least some in their fields who understand the gravity of this insanity: Transitioning children is one of the most egregious crimes in American medical historyhttps://twitter.com/xxclusionary/status/1650079370076102657?s=20
So, to sum up. I believe your evidence is compelling, but only because it demonstrates the zeal and frustrations of those "true believers" who believe their battles within the republican party are inspired by "the holy spirit", and those who can't understand it are either too cowardly, hypocritical, unfit, or in some way colluding with the deep state to protect the power, money, influence, and state rule making procedures they've benefitted from before this interloper Trump crashed their party in 2015. Its his movement that became the MAGA movement, and it was designed to disrupt and destroy the elements of corruption. If chaos wasn't predictable before this MAGA takeover began, it's certainly been in full swing ever since. But it doesn't necessitate Alinsky style psyops to create it...just the kinds of people & motives I just described.
The man most qualified to run a psyop is Patrick Byrnes (not Flynn). Here he is explaining what a psyop really looks like, and how it was played on all of us:
As for Tina Peters, she is not brainwashed (as you claim). But she did everything required to fulfill her ethical & legal responsibilities to her state, and to the Constitution she swore an oath to. If that is criminal, then you've fallen for a psyop of your own making. And not doing everything in your power to expose it is equally bizarre.
Removing any obstacles to a full forensic audit is essential to finding out whether Byrnes is ultimately correct. Not giving him and qualified experts the opportunity to definitively expose Dominion's criminal conduct is inexcusable. It not only aids & abets criminal conspiracy, but it can be seen as a treasonous act in & of itself. Whether those against finding that out are possessed of evil, deluded by it, or operating out of its "influence" is language I don't use in political discourse. Politics is about getting more votes, and compromising on tactics to achieve that end. But if sacrificing our constitutional liberties & democratic processes is the price for that compromise, then our republic isn't worth keeping - nor do we deserve it.
After spending dozens of hours listening and reading Patrick Byrnes's interviews, articles, documentaries, and most of his book The Deep Rig, I can assure you Patrick is no religious kook, and certainly not a "communist". If he's some how a double agent, working on behalf of the CCP, it would be one of the most insidious and bizarre covert ops I've ever seen.
Patrick is not a traditional Christian, tolerates evangelicals for political reasons, and certainly isn't making his cause one that involves the high stakes of good vs. evil when it comes to political differences. All that Patrick wants to do is use his vast knowledge of how deep state corruption works, help others understand it, and most importantly prove the existence of real machine fraud, and just how deep the Dominion scam goes globally due to communist capture of the machine codes responsible for stealing elections in dozens of countries.
How this translates into being a double agent seems so bizarre as to be ludicrous. Believe me, I've seen bizarre reading Whittaker Chambers book "Witness", and other spy thrillers during the Cold War, and I have a pretty good notion of what communist infiltration looks like. Click on this link to see and hear Patrick's version of what causes chaos within a political movement: 15min 15sec timestamp. https://rumble.com/vpufcl-i-hate-to-break-it-to-you-folks-but-lynn-wood-is-a-tacky-kook.html?start=915
Its all the predictable behaviors expected of highly motivated people (not necessarily "brainwashed") within the republican party fighting each other for who is best qualified to defeat the democrats and save our Constitutional Republic. This includes fanatics of all stripes (in this case highly "religious" and vocal ones) caught up in power struggles to gain dominance within the party.
Patrick has the intelligence & knowledge, but his behavior and tactics simply don't fit the claims you make about colluding with Flynn for sabotage operations. Quite the opposite. His contention is clear: there are sectors of the military brass (i.e. Gen. Millie), those with connections to Wall Street, and intel agencies in collusion with the military industrial complex who are part of the deep state. Patrick believes Gen Flynn & his brother Joe have no part of this apparatus.
As for Alinsky tactics or communist tricks to infiltrate the MAGA movement to undermine if from within, it just doesn't fit the self-inflicted chaos I've read about with your evidence. Patrick certainly knows all about communism, as he studied it while recovering from cancer (and in Mandarin no less), but he is far too interested in getting the word out about corruption. What you see in these bizarre twists within the political drama you report on is what happens when money, egos, political clashes, and motives collide in ways that jeopardize the goals of defeating the deep state.
They all believe they are fighting a common enemy in the "powers" of the deep state, but some make it a holy cause for "Jesus", others a patriotic zeal for the constitutional republic, while others likely see it as personal opportunities to disrupt the party enough to rid it of RINOS, who they believe are the true enemies from "within". Regardless, chaos and accusations fly among those who are attempting to redefine the party, and those most fearful of it are those with the institutional power, connections, and money ready to do anything to retain it, or coopt others (RINO's) into maintaining it.
Just a reminder of how counter-productive it can be when two avowed Christians decide the other is engaging in evil acts, or committing evil acts out of some form of brainwashing. Start at the 21min 39min mark for about 7 mins and see how both sides accusing the other of cult influence is counterproductive:
Its all there. Accusations of projection, mind-control, working in the shadows, controlled by "spooks" or "operatives"...all about "us" vs. "them", and the evil motives or acts committed to achieve each others objectives. Yes, Karamo accuses you of being in a cult as well.
When that kind of rhetoric dominates the disputes in question, that's exactly what prevents the facts from coming out. Unless this rhetorical nonsense stops, and both parties agree to a forensic audit, the known vulnerabilities within the software itself will remain undiscovered. Those who are obstructing the course of actions necessary to bring the evidence into federal courts, or have legislatures create laws that mandate forensic audits, the side that prevents these actions will win.
All the work Patrick Byrnes & David Fleming put into researching and archiving massive volumes of evidence will be wasted. As Patrick says below, the new normal will be the final outcome of this psyop. That new "normal" will be accepting voting machine outcomes that are permanently compromised by criminal actors, yet the majority of voters will delude themselves into accepting this clear absurdity. And yes, it would be the kind of outcome David Fleming believes to be evil, and those responsible "demonically influenced". Patrick Byrnes dispenses with that silly rhetoric, but rationally concludes it will be the end of our Constitutional Republic due to communist tactics he knows all too well. (see*** below).
Just in case you were wondering, here are the other sources of fraud that didn't involve machine fraud, and may have been a factor that supports your case of "to big to rig" because the massive ballot fraud during the Covid era wasn't near as effective in 2024. Here are the websites that prove just how vast the election fraud was in 2020:
Last is Dr. Shiva. He is one of the most reliable experts I could find, and his findings of machine fraud are not at all surprising, given his experience with backdoor portals between Tweeter & Govt agencies. Go here for his victory in Federal court: https://vashiva.com/first-amendment-twitter-galvin-lawsuit/
But here is what I got out of this exchange, and its critical to future elections. David is making the larger (and much more serious) claim that the outcome of elections are driven by machine fraud. In fact, its the kind of fraud that can be completely invisible if full forensic audit examinations are not conducted. You claim machine fraud isn't widespread and decisive. When pressed on how you know that, your answer was inadequate. Its David's position that he knows for a fact that a forensic analysis of the software programming can prove it. You (or I) can't refute that, because we don't know enough about it. He claims he and others can prove it. So, what's the real problem? Here it is in nutshell: the courts WON'T ALLOW IT! Worse, the legislatures won't take it up either. Its mind boggling, I know. Here is how David explained why the cases have "no legal standing" in his interview with Thaddeus Russell (43min timestamp for about 6 mins): https://youtu.be/jXT1-YH2gzU?si=TtnY0NnPZAEvsF6X .
The bottom line that David makes crystal clear is this: the courts won't allow it because they fear the backlash, and the legislatures won't resolve it because they know if the software fraud is proven, those who know about the fraud will be exposed. That could lead to serious felony charges, including treason.
Given the high stakes of those complicit or directly involved in these crimes, I can see why those involved would do anything (including lawfare, threats, or even murder) to stop anyone from exposing the company(s) responsible for their crimes. No one wins except those who designed, and readily engineer stolen elections at the whims of corrupt elitists who hate democratic processes. If you or I don't believe it, the best thing we can do is let others try to prove it. But unless the evidence can be presented without interference from the courts or legislatures, we will lose complete confidence in our elections. All the infighting and good vs. evil accusations regarding motives isn't helpful.
The only thing that matters is ALL republicans should be unanimous in forcing the legislatures or federal courts to give standing to those experts who claim they can conduct full forensic audits, can validate without question whether fraudulent votes were casted, and exactly how many there were that decided the outcome of the 2020 election. Any republican who doesn't go with this rational and necessary course of action should be heavily criticized, made to back up their objections, and ignored or fully condemned for refusing to support exposing the origins of the fraud. Accusing those who refuse to go along doesn't require "evil" motives, but it does signify possible complicity in the fraud, and they should be fully condemned for those obvious reasons.
Unfortunately, it appears you are one of the obstacles. In other words, the best way to prove David Clements wrong (including Patrick Byrnes, Sidney Powell, John Eastman, et al) is to join them in insisting that the machines get a thorough examination to find out. Until that is done, I'm afraid machine driven fraud will continue, and our elections will then become "useless", and the adage "you can't out vote the fraud" will become a cynical truth that you & I don't want to happen.
In fact, that alone could be construed as a psyop. What better way to cover up for machine fraud, than to accuse those who are resorting to political activities of disruption to raise awareness of just how self-defeating it is not to demand the courts resolve this problem, or the legislatures insist the courts resolve it because the machines can no longer be trusted. Settling for the Catch 22, where nothing gets done to expose it, we ALL lose (except for the criminals).
I just finished episodes 55-61, catching up on the many hours required to appreciate what you, Jeff, and Shannon went through battling the Flynn ops you were forced to endure by joining the MAGA movement. I can see how motivated you all were in trying to save Trump's agenda by getting the vote out, and prevent another stolen election fiasco from 2020. As mentioned, the evidence strongly supports these may be operatives deliberately creating chaos. They are doing it in the republican party precincts critical to funding and acquiring more eligible voters to vote republican and prevent a repeat of 2020. They are using tactics that upend the rules of order, create animosity within the party, scaring away many who disagrees with them, while the chaos brings about the end-game of any psyop - in this case, discourage republicans from voting & undermine Trump's agenda. From the outside, the sabotage appears undetectable, with the added bonus of confusion about who is responsible.
SIDEBAR: I'm ignoring the Qanon operative piece, since I believed from the start it was either a creative ruse to stir up the base to support Trump (appealing to the conspiracy mind-set), or a rogue intel guy creating havoc to disparage the MAGA movement. Either way, I ignored it because it still attracted Trump voters.
Having described what I believe supports your premise, I'm proposing additional evidence I found in my own research. It involves those directly affiliated with Flynn (i.e. Byrnes), and not directly related, but who nevertheless travel in the same MAGA movement circles. I'm also narrowing it down to those "true believers" in their own right, and who use the same scriptural rhetoric that I've always found disturbing in a political context. Its one thing to use it against avowed enemies of Christian morals & our Constitutional founders, but it gets especially disturbing when thrown about in Christian circles, claiming to be defenders of their faith, while inside the same party. This is how & why mixing political & biblical arguments gets messy, and typically becomes unproductive in establishing the facts.
Since I wasn't swept up in this MAGA internal feud, I thought the best way to evaluate it was from a unbiased perspective. The only skin I have in this concerns Patrick Byrnes. As I mentioned in earlier posts, I've followed him for at least 5 years now. Ironically, he is the only one smart enough to pull off a psyops of this caliber. Obviously, Flynn doesn't share Byrne's aptitude, so if their were a mastermind behind the psyops designed to drive republicans from voting, I believe it would have to be someone of Byrnes' capabilities.
Since you helped me discover David Clements in episode 57, I'll start there. I was shocked I hadn't heard of him before, but that's because I knew a genius when I see one, so I primarily focused on Patrick Byrnes' The Deep Rig, and other interviews I collected over the years. I have plenty of other sources, but his is essential. I've carved out a special evaluation of Byrnes in a concluding paragraph, beginning with ***.
It was great you were able to bring on David Clements; you both defended your positions well. Your points about other actors involved in creating chaos within the movement was convincing. David's responses were evasive, but logically so. He was there to defend his actions - not those of others. You apparently agreed to have him on to defend his position, not the actions or comments by others. Given both of your positions, its obvious where you differ. Its your position the 2024 election was won by Trump's "to big to rig" motivational speeches that overwhelmed the fraud. David believes in "you can't out vote the fraud". I personally don't think the line "can't out vote the fraud" was intended to discourage people going to the polls. I had heard of that statement, but I never interpreted it as a reason not to vote. In fact, I never heard of anyone not going to the polls because of its possible validity. What really matters (at least in my experience) is to vote, regardless of whether you think its rigged or not. The old adage from my years growing up was: if you didn't vote, shut the "F" up. Another words, voting is an obligation; not voting means you've lost your right to complain. Its for that reason, I don't think the assertions you made regarding a "psyops" to discourage voters from voting worked. And if that's what they intended, it was a poorly conceived one. (end part 2)
Congratulations on your victory. I was confident of your case, but I'm not surprised at the tactics used. Unfortunately, this is the kind of political environment that's been forced upon us. If you are still taking contributions for your legal case, its worthy of support.
As you know, I've disagreed with you the motives and commentary about Patrick Brynes. As you'll see, I added David Clements to that list after your interview with him recently.
I'm not excusing some of the tactics you've accused the Flynn network, but I'm only questioning whether its designed to sabotage Trump's expanding MAGA agenda. The fact these accusations take the form of "lawfare", it certainly should never be tolerated in a world free of its corrosive & intimidating effects. Just remember who started this insanity. And if you don't know where many of these fanatical prosecutors came from in the DOJ, read Sidney Powell's book "License to Lie". After the David Flemings interview, I finally had the time to explore you podcast and MAGA saga more fully. Below is what I wrote up this weekend. My apologies for the length (longest I've ever done online), so I broke it up into 6 parts. If it doesn't work, I tried.
**********
Part 1
I'm a relative new subscriber, and I've posted a few comments in the recent past. Before evaluating what I've found so far on your remarkable investigative work, a little about myself. I'm 64 years old, and retired from Federal service in 2019. I was brought up as an Airforce brat during the Cold War, studied the history of American and foreign wars, read a good deal about communist ideology, and took great interest in thinkers who attacked & refuted Marxist ideas responsible for the evils we endured during the Cold War. One of the more transformative series of books I read came from Eric Hoffer's "The True Believer", Whittaker Chambers' epic work "Witness", and just about everything related to Joe McCarthy, and the anti-communist movement that came from that era. I also became a Christian in my teens, but never started taking it seriously until my 30's. It was at this time that my reading's of Eric Hoffer became especially helpful. It was his unique insights about fanaticism, and the kind of minds especially susceptible to it, that becomes relevant here. I owe it to Hoffer's critical analysis of mass movements, and the cult-like group-think that helped spot them. He helped me understand them, and steer clear of them.
As an example, I remember attending a John Birch Society session, and even did a essay on it in college. I supported anti-communist groups, but I noticed John Birch members engaged in group-think, and saw a conspiracy in almost every facet of politics. They took on cult like characteristics, and potentially could do more harm than good. But I also found the Socialist cult groups far more alarming, because their tactics pandered to resentment, exploiting hate to identify targeted parties for whatever brand of Socialist evils were in vogue at the time. Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals was an effective guide for Leftist to use in disrupting and intimidating their political enemies. But the common theme was the "us vs. them" dichotomy, with little or no gray in between. I found it even more pronounced when religious terms were introduced, leading to scriptural justifications for identifying the enemy. With that in mind, here is what I learned from the interactions you've documented about the Flynn network, engaging in the unsavory tactics we both find disturbing.
I disliked Flynn from the get-go. This came easy from his failure to disclose foreign contacts, lied about it to Pence, then humiliated himself in court admitting to his mind-boggling blunder. I read somewhere he "caved" to plea deal pressures, giving in to the lawfare tactics that not only bankrupt his family, but threatened to do the same to his son's family. The plea deal apparently spared his son from financial ruin. Undeterred, Flynn worked his way back into the political fray. I logically assumed Flynn was motivated to try and make up for his failures, find a way to reignite the passion he had to acquire more MAGA voters, and (while he's at it), find ways to recover from the financial burdens he brought upon himself & his family from the inexcusable blunders in 2016.
I originally thought Flynn to be more of an unhinged ideologue, not especially bright, full of hubris, and driven by a zeal that condoned his reckless actions. But your evidence paints a persuasive narrative that he's more than just a careless fanatic. His behavior can be interpreted as more sinister and conniving, following psyop tactics he's been trained with in the DIA, and/or using tactics given to him from more capable sources. The interview he did shortly before Trump left the WH speaks to his bizarre statements that Trump actually won the election, and will run it regardless of what happens in the constitutional ratification process. Either way, you've done a masterful job of exposing that. (end part 1)
Congratulations, Scott. Great news. Having been the victim myself of a political retribution, I understand the angst it causes. However, people who do this stuff don't realize that Karma is a bitch and Karma is not amused.
Congratulations!! Truth and Justice prevailed. Your courage and warrior spirit is an inspiration to us all. 😎🇺🇲♥️

Part 2
Intro

So glad to hear this!
Praising God!!
Congratulations, Scott. Great news. Having been the victim myself of a political retribution, I understand the angst it causes. However, people who do this stuff don't realize that Karma is a bitch and Karma is not amused.
This is fantastic news. So happy to hear!
